New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Adventure awaits you in this beachy townhouse conveniently located one block from the ocean! This splendid retreat enjoys a great location right between the Bridges on Topsail Island and near fantastic attractions, including North Topsail Beach Town Park, Surf City Ocean Pier, Soundside Park, Kenneth D. Batts Family Park, and Shipwreck Point Golf. In addition to a prime location, this retreat is within a short walking distance of the shared outdoor pool for fun in the sun as well as a pier to the sound side.

You will love sitting on the screened deck or the sun deck with your morning coffee or evening cocktail as you enjoy all the views as well as the smells and sounds of the coast. Inside you will find everything you need for a successful vacation, including a fully equipped kitchen for whipping up all your favorite meals and snacks. There's plenty of comfortable seating in the living room to enjoy each other's company or watch a favorite movie on the TV. Gather around the dining table for meals, games, or good conversation, or dine alfresco on the deck. At the end of a long, adventurous day, or just for some privacy to relax or read, sink into comfortable beds and enjoy the TVs and ceiling fans provided in the bedrooms. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer, an outdoor shower, and central AC.

This was such a great spot for us to check out N. Topsail Beach. Having the the sound side right out the porch was so relaxing off the screen porch. The condo was great for our family and sweet pup. Neighbors and small community were all very well maintained too. With small kids we appreciated the quick walk to the beach while shlepping all the things! We did have to bring all of our own beach items. The pool looked lovely! We didn't have the warmest weather to get to enjoy it. We hope to be back another time this summer!

Had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend at the beach. Great views of the sound and a block from the ocean. Very clean and furnished for cooking and relaxing on one of 3 porches. Great place for the family to fish on the beach and sound. Plan to return.

We booked a condo at Bermuda landing about a month before our stay and were skeptical to say the least. We were VERY pleased with our stay! The condo was clean, Vacasa was very easy to navigate and it was exactly what we wanted for our stay! We will definitely be back!

Beach family vacay

Property is amazing with all the space needed. It could be a little cleaner as the outdoor table had left over fingernail clippings. Coffee pot was broke. 4 towels and 4 rolls of toilet paper for the week for 4 people was cutting it close. Despite these issues, would definitely stay here again and appreciate able to bring our two dogs as well.

Great rental

The condo was very clean, well appointed and a very short walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful, immaculate and dog friendly. We spent most of our time while at the condo in the screened porch enjoying the Intracoastal Waterway. Communication was very prompt. If you are interested in the pool, please inquire before booking as it did not open on May 1st.

Great location for coastal stay

We had a great weekend in North Topsail at your townhouse. The location is perfect for beach walks - sunsets - close to Surf City. We really enjoyed the decks on both sides and found the bedrooms comfortable. Everything was as expected. The only issue we had was the pool code didn’t work - had a mixture of letters and numbers with only a numerical keypad. We sent several messages but never received a new code or instructions on how to make the code work.

Great location; between the sound and ocean. Beautiful sunsets from the screened in porch overlooking the sound. Liked having the pool so close. The condo itself was very nice! I wish there had been a lamp in the living room to read by. I definitely would like to come back and stay for a longer time!🌞

Missing smoke detectors were not addressed by Vacasa

There was an attic fire in one of the adjoining townhouses during our stay. The fire department responded quickly and put it out. Once we were allowed back in, we checked this rental unit for smoke detectors. While there are 2 on the main floor, there are none on the second floor - just screws were the smoke detectors used to be. We called and texted Vacasa about this multiple times that day and they failed to send anyone to address the issue. We had to buy and install our own smoke detector that evening. This is an NC building code violation.

Beautiful home

What a beautiful rental. Views from the bedrooms, decks everywhere, sunset views on the sound, just a block from the beach for a sunrise walk. Loved the home. Very dog friendly. My only issue was that when I arrived the keypad code didn’t work. Waited almost an hour for someone to come out. Once I got in I immediately locked myself out again just going out to get my luggage. Was stranded for four hours before someone came to help. The rental company did their best but I was quite disappointed. Renters beware. A man came to fix the keypad the next day and it still didn’t work. Don’t lock yourself out make sure you have an actual key and keep it on you at all times the doors automatically lock when you walk out.
