Ce magnifique condo de niveau platine en bord de mer est situé dans le spectaculaire complexe Tops'l. EntiÚrement rénové, ce condo est situé au quatriÚme étage du Beach Manor. Ce condo offre une magnifique vue panoramique sur le golfe du Mexique. Ce spacieux condo immaculé dispose d'une cuisine complÚte. Le placard a une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Il y a un lit king size dans le maßtre et deux lits jumeaux dans la deuxiÚme chambre. Il y a aussi un nouveau canapé-lit dans le salon. Les deux chambres ont une télévision avec lecteur DVD. Il y a aussi une télévision et un lecteur DVD dans le salon. Ce condo a deux salles de bain complÚtes.

Le balcon offre une vue incroyable sur la plage. Depuis le balcon, vous pouvez voir la plage, la promenade, la piscine Beach Manor et la piscine Tops'l Resort. Vous pouvez sortir du bùtiment de la piscine, du jacuzzi, du sauna humide, de la salle d'exercice, des distributeurs automatiques et, bien sûr, de la belle plage! . Il y a un parking couvert pour nos clients dans le parking du Beach Manor. Des parasols et des chaises sont disponibles à la location sur la plage (en saison).

Vous n'ĂȘtes qu'Ă  quelques minutes de Silver Sands Factory Outlet, de Baytowne Wharf et de Grand Boulevard, qui sont parfaits pour faire du shopping et manger. Les enfants adorent le parc aquatique Big Kahuna et le parc d'attractions Track qui sont Ă©galement Ă  proximitĂ©.

Beautiful and clean property

great property, easy access to pool and beach but very crowded- Guess it's that time of the year, way too many people. The condo itself was just lovely, not especially kid proof but we managed. Very nicely furnished and kitchen had all amenities. Could use something to clean with (Lysol wipes etc.) Had to buy that and paper towels, 1 roll is never enough. Tops'l property is always beautiful, lots of fun.

Spring break

We love this location and the condo. Our parents stayed in the condo next door and there was a big difference. This condo feels like a home away from home. The owner was great to work with and responded quickly to all questions. We look forward to booking with them again.

Very nice place

The property was as described. The owner was very communicative. The weather could have been better but that is out of our control. If we had one bit of advice and it is a very minor one it would be make sure you bring an extra garbage bag as there was only one for our week long stay :). Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great trip to the beach! Condo was as exactly as described, and we had everything we needed. Kids loved the beach & pool combination and ran back and forth all day.

The property is above all expectations. There are 2 deficiencies. The door handle on the clothes dryer comes off making it difficult to open the door and the mattress on the small bed is worn out. It sags toward the middle making the bed very uncomfortable.

Beach Manor Condo in Tops’l

Condo was very nice and loved being right on the beach. Bedrooms bathrooms kitchen den and balcony were all nice. The only negatives were that the pool bar closed at 7 p.m., we are not allowed to use the upper pool, we were not allowed to use the tennis courts or pickleball, courts, and because we had a large sprinter van that wouldn’t fit in the parking garage, we had to pay $30/day to park at the Tides (very far away where there were tons of open parking spaces). The person at the gate did not know very much because he told us our van would fit no problem. Also, we were not allowed to set up our own umbrella that we brought for our grand baby. We had to go outside the edges of the property to set up on the beach. Our condo owner was very good and communicative.. No problem getting in the condo when we got there. Owner needs to clean the sofa bed mattress and get new sheets as it had a hole in it. All that aside, we would stay there again. Great location, nice condo and pool.

The best beach trip ever!!

This vacation home was hands down the best place we have stayed!! The check in was very easy and the unit was super clean. I was very happy with this being a gated community. We always felt very safe during our stay. There is a covered parking garage that keeps your vehicle out of the elements. The view from the balcony, main living areas, and the master bedroom were just amazing! All the beds were comfortable! We all slept amazing. The location is fantastic! A quick drive to shopping, dining, grocery, and so much more. We will definitely be back! The owner is excellent at responding to any questions or concerns. This was our first 5 star vacation. I’m very picky and have never been so happy with a vacation home. We definitely recommend staying here!!

Great view!

The condo had great views of the ocean and easy beach access. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. It is actually located closer to Sandestin than Destin and there was always heavy traffic going towards Destin. Also the linens (bath towels) need to be replaced. They are not soft or big enough for adults. Lots of maintenance going on around resort.

Exactly as Expected!

Communication from Shaun was stellar! Very attentive and speedy response to any informational requests. Home was very clean, and we appreciated the items that were stocked such as hand soap, dish soap and sanitizers. Everything was in working order, kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable with lots of extra pillows and blankets available. Plenty of towels. Location has a perfect beach view, and was an easy walk to the pool and sand. Lots of games, puzzles and books available. We absolutely will reserve this location again, which is something I’ve never said before as we continuously switch it up. This part of the beach was also not overcrowded, even on a holiday weekend. Thoroughly pleased with this experience and highly recommend.
