The house was in an excellent location. However, we had our share of issues. The microwave was broken, pots and pans were dirty with food debris (the rest of the house was pretty clean) and the WiFi was extremely spotty (often times not working at all). My biggest issue was the security of the house, the front door code did not change, so all previous renters had the code to the house and the dead bolt on the door, which was the only other security of the house, did not work. Although the owners were very responsive, they could not fix any of the issues.

We are very sorry that you had these issues during your stay. Unfortunately, we were not alerted to the issues with the microwave or deadbolt by previous renters or the cleaning staff. And it's unfortunate that someone felt it okay to put that pan back in the cabinet. The wifi has been having issues and as you know, we were on the phone with the provider most of the weekend. My husband spent the day up there after you left with a tech and it is fixed now (which I realize does not help your weekend). I am sorry you felt unsafe with the deadbolt being broken (again, unbeknownst to us), but we did offer to refund your entire stay if you did not feel safe to stay for the two nights, which you declined. We Notwithstanding that you did stay the weekend, we did give you a partial refund of your stay, as well. We have also. now change out the existing lock which rotates codes. I hope that you were otherwise able to enjoy the beauty of the mountains without the internet. Regards, Christine & Brian

Great location. Great price. Nice place. Nice owners. If you’re a southerner check to see if these places in NH have air conditioning. This place doesn’t and we could have used it. Also it’s listed as having internet and it absolutely doesn’t work. Not the owners fault except for it’s listed as having internet. Technically it does, but it didn’t work at all in 4 days. Overall nice place. Great downtown area.

We loved the closeness to the town. Our only complaint was the downstairs TV, only 1 of us had an apple phone and was able to get the TV to work.

Excellent weekend getaway

This condo was perfect for our little weekend getaway. It was in the perfect location for exploring the town and sightseeing. Very cute and clean!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and freshly stocked. However it could use some updating and repairs. The bannister to the stairs was very wobbly, our bedroom door didn’t close, and the couch was broken. These were all things we were OK with based on the price but not the condition we necessarily expected. Otherwise, the owner was very communicative and provided us clear instructions for arrival/departure. We would rent again.

Great Location & Great Unit!

We booked a last minute two-night stay in this unit. Christine was very responsive and accommodating. The unit itself is in a great location for summer and winter activities. The unit was also very clean, bigger than expected and great for families! Although we didn't bring our dog this time, it is pet friendly which is a huge plus. We will likely be looking to book here again since we love the Lincoln/Woodstock area.
