Mixed feelings

Overall the place its self is nice! The pool was the icing on the cake!! I wouldn’t rent this property again tho! Cons: it was random pool guys and lawn people kept coming onto the property, and I was never notified! Me and my family was sitting in the back and out of no where the fence door swings open and it’s some random man with a leaf blower in his hand! He scared us smh It didn’t make me feel safe to stay there! Overall the neighborhood is quiet!

Wonderful experience!

The location of this rental was wonderful! Very close to the beach and the golf cart was extremely helpful to go back and forth-saves you at least a 20 min walk. The pool and backyard were great! If you choose to heat to pool -definitely worth it. Very warm makes swimming comfortable even if it is 50-60 degrees! During our stay I texted the staff about a small issue with the pool and someone was there in less than 30 min to fix it which was greatly appreciated. The only con! Very limited on toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt pepper etc which they do warn about in the property info. You will have to go to the store and get more of everything. There is a dollar general right on the outside of the gated neighborhood community that is useful/very close by. There were barely enough towels for 8 people so you will have to do laundry while there. They did supply sand toys, a couple beach chairs and beach umbrellas which was nice. The property is nearby a couple restaurant/bars that are open during the day and close around 9pm. The boardwalk/more restaurants/nightlife is about a 15-20 min drive. Overall was a great stay and beautiful property!
