Beach Paradise! Relaxation, Sports, Beach, Food and Drinks! all in the Village!

Enjoy your days in paradise at Ocean Village, really! The condo is located on the first tee, across from both restaurants and bars, and just a stone throw away from the beach access. Two TVs, Wi-Fi, and a separating retractable wall if needed are all available in the condo. Washer and dryer plus a fully equipped kitchen - new fridge and dishwasher! Cold A/C, and blinds to completely block out the sunrise (if you desire). Watch the sunrise, feel the breeze, hear the palms move, and watch people tee off all from the balcony! we have brand new patio furniture as well!
The village requires entry through a security gate and is made up of condo clusters, where a perfectly paved intertwined road allows for walking and biking, even at night.

All sports and nature activities are included:
-3 swimming pools (technically 4 but one of the pools is under renovation)

-golf course (Par 3 executive beach course)

-You will be able to use our beach chairs, beach cooler and umbrella, 2 bikes, tennis equipment, and a set of golf graphite golf clubs.

Located in Hutchinson Island, Fort Pierce - Ocean Village is minutes away from bars, restaurants, live music, and the famous Fort Pierce Jetty, where you can watch boats coming in and out of the inlet, go fishing, or enjoy walking alongside the water. You could walk to the Jetty from the Village's beach as well (2 miles).
Not far from Ocean Village is Fort Pierce Downtown (5 miles) where local history, live music, and the dining/bar scene combine. Just a few noticeable establishments in downtown are Sailfish Brewery, The Sunrise Theatre, The Fort Steakhouse, Sunrise Cafe, Cobb's Landing, and Pierced Ciderworks, among many more!

The statewide recognized Downtown Farmer's Market comes alive on Saturday mornings, bringing you local produce, food, and bands from all over the Treasure Coast. It's a Saturday Morning Tradition!

We have returned to this unit multiple times due to great location, easy beach access and to many amenities to list. Have already scheduled a return trip.

Wonderfully apportioned condo, steps from the beach, with all the necessities for a relaxing time away from home. Owner was very accommodating for our every need. Will return annually if available.

Very nice place. Community was very nice. Recommend Jetty Park if you want to get into water. Beach near complex was a little rough while we were here in fall. Overall, a really nice place to stay.

Great facility and property

We would highly recommend Ocean Village and this unit. The location is convenient to town and many activities. The onsite restaurant and bar is unique and enjoyable. On days when the weather was iffy, the pools were a perfect backup. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Furniture and bedding was all comfortable and we enjoyed the view overlooking the golf course and sunrises.

Paradise

Gorgeous property minutes away from the beach! The closest pool was under construction but the others were a short drive away. Little details by the host were a fabulous find from the soap and shampoo to laundry detergent it was so wonderful to stay with Luca! Our check in was in the middle of the night and we had issues at the guard station but even at 1:30 am the hosts were available to chat and we got right through! Can’t wait to be return guest!
