This property is very clean and well appointed. It is an older home but it has been cared for so it remains comfortable and safe. The fenced area in back, just off the master bedroom was wonderful for our pups and early morning outings without waking the rest of our crew. The beds were very comfortable and even with one bathroom, there were plenty of outlets and mirrors to allow everyone to get ready easily. The location made it easy to get to wedding venues throughout the city. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would absolutely look to this property again for future stays. Thank you!!

It was great to stay at this house for four nights. It was clean, communications were clear and straightforward, and it was a very cost-effective alternative to a hotel in Topeka.

This was a great little spot for us! We needed something pet friendly and a good spot in town to do all the things we were doing. The house was clean, the host is very communicative! The fenced yard is great for pets. We’d love to come back

Communication was great. The fact it’s pet friendly. When we walked in the house was darling and very clean. I’m very familiar with Topeka and the different areas to stay in. Although this area is not a fav of mine I will say we felt safe and the neighbors try to keep the street looking nice. I would stay here again. Very clean place.

We were in town for an event at stormont veil event center. It was an easy drive. It is located in a very nice neighborhood. Alex was a great host and communication was top notch. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Property was clean. Furniture was comfortable. Kitchen was clean and easy to cook in. The stove takes forever to heat up so plan accordingly. Nice backyard

Cozy Spot for Christmas

A perfect half way point to meet family for Christmas! We cooked an amazing dinner and sang around a little Christmas tree with all the lights in a cozy room! Watched the Christmas parade on a huge east to use TV. Beds were comfy too! Visited a grocery store and an amazing Italian restaurant all near by?! What a blessed time!

Nice little home

The house itself was very comfy and suited our needs well. The property management was GREAT with communication and willingness to accommodate needs. Even with a small mishap on our side, they were super understanding and didn’t make an already stressful situation worse for us The house was great and easily fit the 5 of us and our pet. The enclosed back yard was incredibly useful as well. Neighborhood was quiet and didn’t really have much traffic. All in all, a nice, quiet little place.

The kitchen was the high polnt of the property. It was clean and very well stocked as well as bright and cheerfull. The only small oversight was we didn't find any salt or pepper. The main bedroom and bedroom were very nice and comfortable and I dont have any syggestions for improvements. We did not need or use the other two smaller beds so we closed their doors and didn't use them.. The living room was comfortable especially the two large chairs. The exception was the couch which was poorly built or had outlived it life or was low quality as i sank in deeply enough it was difficult to get out of. The exterior was the low point of the propety. The door to access was off and laying on the ground, the gate to the back did not have a working latch and there was a variety of broken pots, trash and "building parts" scattered around the yard. The bottom seal to the back door was hanging mostly loose. We had a small lizard in the house that I'm guessing entered under that door. The lizard wasn't a problem to me but my wife hasn't very happy with it being in the house. My last suggestion is that the 120 pet fee was not my idea of pet friendly, and more like pet tollerant and is twice what I would call pet friendly. Hopefully thiis review will be taken as helpfully constuctive and not just complaints.
