Quiet Centrally Located Close to Wasburn Private Drive

Enjoy your home away from home in this comfortable spacious 1500 sq ft ranch house on a quiet street in a west central Topeka location. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Spacious living room with couch and chairs for lounging/watching TV, with bonus TV room for kids or a separate quiet space. Long private driveway for offstreet parking leading to attached 2 car garage. There is an outdoor patio with seating. Great place to stay if you're in town for kids sporting events, concerts, rodeos, or traveling for business



This home is exclusively used as a short term rental and offers three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a full kitchen to make you feel at home.

The kitchen includes many items needed to feel at home while you are here, such as; microwave, Keurig with coffee, creamer and sugar, utensils, pots/pans, dishes, silverware, cutting boards, paper towels, toaster, and much more.

The Three Bedrooms are:
A King
A Queen
A twin over full bunk bed with a slide out twin trundle underneath

The bathroom comes stocked with many of the items you will need for your stay, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, towels, hand soap and a hair dryers.

You will also find a washer and dryer available for use during their stay, along with Gain pods and dryer sheets.

We have done our best to provide an initial supply of many items in the home, such as paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, washer pods, etc. We want you to feel settled and have a great start to your stay in our home, but depending on the length of your stay you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay.

Everything about our stay was PERFECT. House was spacious, clean, great location to our festivities and main roads for easy shopping. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house had everything we needed. Our host, Aaron, was very responsive, and went above and beyond for us. Next time we come back to Topeka this is where I will stay!

Wonderful Stay!!!

Our stay was for two nights. The check in process was easy and simple. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. The house was so very clean and wonderfully decorated! The beds were comfortable and made for a good nights rest! The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay plates cups and more. Spacious, Cozy, and Convenient

The home was spacious, clean, and had a modern, welcoming vibe. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with plenty of cozy blankets that made it easy to relax. Thoughtful decor throughout added a nice touch, and having two living areas was a great bonus—especially with kids. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials we needed. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood yet still close to shopping and restaurants. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful spacious home

I was absolutely in love with this home! It is beautifully decorated. I wish they could come decorate and design my own home! The 2 living room spaces allowed for plenty of room for our family of 6. They had everything we needed. Easy to get to, and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The long driveway allowed plenty of room for our extra vehicles. Will stay here again next time we’re in town.

Cute home with amazing beds!

The home is adorable with lots of space. Never felt on top of each other. Very clean home with great features. The best part of the stay was the beds! Let me tell you I never slept somewhere so easily. Beds you just melt into and didn’t want to get out of! 10 out of 10!!
