Their pictures do not do this house any justice. It is my favorite Verbo to date. The house was extremely clean, and absolutely adorable. It is right off Topeka Blvd. so it’s easy to get anywhere around town. The house decor is quaint and there are multiple sitting areas outside. I will definitely stay here again.

This beautiful home is perfect for a family vacation, with comfortable beds and convenient parking, which is especially useful given Kansas' narrow roads. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kansas, as it truly feels like a home. My girlfriend and I will definitely be returning in the spring for another vacation.

Small but cute. It really needs a deep cleaning (it seemed like it only had the once-over). Additionally, the property needs quite a bit of TLC. I think it would feel really crowded with more than 4 guests. It is just a few blocks from downtown. Kitchen supplies were adequate.

I was happy to find a pet friendly rental for our stay. The rental is a nice, older property. The beds were VERY comfortable. We slept very well. The fenced yard is a small courtyard, that served our purpose nicely.

Interior design was excellent, poor constructive installation, dips and openings in floor. The property itself has excellent bones and character with great lighting. Kitchen/ Living is the trophy, cozy and functional. Minimal mess and function issues. Overall good visit.
