We would love to share our beautiful and charming lakefront home with you and your family. Upon entering you will experience a large open floor plan ideal for gathering. Vaulted ceilings, a grand fireplace (child safe with screen so not hot to touch), gourmet kitchen, and floor to ceiling windows take a backrow seat to the absolutely stunning lake views visible inside the home and on the outdoor covered patio. Our home offers a large living room, gorgeous dining room table which seats 8, large plush sectional and 60 inch television for lounging & movie watching. This home is a custom designed new build with luxury and functionality kept in mind.
The high-end kitchen offers GE Café appliances (stovetop, oven, refrigerator & dish washer) alongside a coffee bar and large island with seating. The outdoor grilling area includes all your BBQ essentials and a brand new Traeger Grill/smoker.

The master bedroom, master bathroom, guest room and guest bathroom are located on the main floor. The second guest bedroom is located in the upstairs loft. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom complete with a stone encased shower room. The guest bedroom on the main level features a king-size bed and full guest bathroom (with bathtub & shower) located next door in the hallway. The loft bedroom features a king size bed, ensuite full bath and two twin beds, easily sleeping 4 guests. All bedrooms offer storage for guests’ personal items.

Our home offers a covered patio complete with Adirondack chairs, loungers and a firepit overlooking one-of-a-kind lake views. The private dock is easily accessible, only steps away from the house. The dock includes lounge seating on the swim deck for relaxing and a tiki bar where food and drinks can be served. The swim platform has water stairs attached for easy access into and out of the water. The dock offers two stand up paddle boards, a Lily Pad aquatic mat, life jackets, floats and a cooler for renters to enjoy.

Boats are welcome! Our boat slips are taken but upon request we have the ability to open up on 10 X 26' slip if needed. On the side of our dock we have installed a docking system using two 24" x 10' inflatable bumpers which protective and works great. Boats should have their own tiedowns and additional bumpers if needed. There is a boat rental company nearby and we have a community boat ramp guests can use 5 houses down. The property is located off the 44-mile marker, just inside a large cove, but offers views of the main channel. There is room for swimming, laying out, and fishing. An easy boat ride within our cove offers access to fuel and a general store with a few on-the-water bar/restaurants nearby.

Grocery, restaurants, gas, tackle, and convenience stores are about 10 - 25 minutes by car. There are also golf courses, indoor and outdoor waterparks, minigolf, antique stores, hiking, and bike trails within an easy drive. If you enjoy shopping, the Osage Beach Outlet Mall is about 35 minutes away.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a family-friendly space that has kind neighbors who are mainly year-round residents. This is not a “party type cove.” We are seeking renters who value the family atmosphere that is present in our neighborhood.
