Enjoyed stay

Needed property that could sleep 10+ people easily. Owners were easy to contact. Property fit us well. Weather was beautiful.

Property has plenty of room for every to come together and get away when a little quiet time is needed. The big & little kids all enjoyed the pool table & Foosball table. The deck was lovely and we were able to see

Mancation

We had a great time during our stay. We had a bunch of guys that have been friends for years come down to hang out, get on the lake and do our annual fantasy football draft. Great communication with Karna. Just an overall great property

Perfect spacious home for a family get together. The deck and boat dock are nice relaxing spaces to enjoy the lake. 3 bedrooms have private bathrooms, which is nice when sharing a home with adult children. The home is the last home at the end of a narrow road and parking is a bit tight if you have a truck with a trailer. We had an enjoyable visit and this was our second stay at this property. The property owners are super nice and attentive.

Gravois Mills House

We had a great time at this property! Lovely, clean house. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, washer and dryer on site, large house with plenty of room for 7 adults and 4 teenagers. Very quiet part of the lake. We loved swimming off the dock. Thank you Chris and Karna for letting g us stay at your beautiful home!

Great for large group

This house was just the thing for our multigenerational family. The bedrooms offered privacy but the large common room gave us plenty of space to enjoy each other’s company. Since we stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday we didn’t use the lake, but having a personal boat slip certainly is s plus. Karna was easy to work with and responsive to our needs. We had a great time!

Great place but bad fishing

The place was great, nice clean and big but the fishing was horrible. It’s at the dead end of a lake. Other than that it was awesome.

Glad you enjoyed our lakehouse. Horrible fishing has me concerned. We were there 3 days earlier and caught bass, catfish, blue gill and even walleye that were currently running in that stream every May. I’m sorry you all didn’t have great luck fishing there but 4 stars is rather rough, we feel. Our neighbors in the cove said you all caught some fish and even mentioned a big cat that a young girl hooked. Every fish has its day and I guess they were lucky when you all rented is all I can say.

Very nice!

We had a great stay at this propert. Right on the water with very little gravel. Neighbors were very nice and helpful with our trailers. We had 4 trucks with long side by side trailers. The owners were excellent with communication and we had a great time! Would definitely recommend this place for a group of 5 coupkes or less!

Nice and Quiet stay at the Lake of the Ozarks.

We needed an easy access to the pontoon for my 76 year old mother in law who came on our 4 generation family vacation. This location was perfect for that. There was room to park 2 SUV’s and the trailer while there. The house was immaculate inside and out. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of furniture for all of us to sit around outside or inside. The kitchen was adequate for us to fix meals. We would definitely stay here again. ❤️

The hummingbird feeders are something that everyone seems to love at our Lakehouse and something we enjoy as well. As far as them making a mess...not sure what you mean on that at all. They do not make a mess on our deck at all. Our kitchen has been bragged on by other guests. Not sure what you mean by the TLC on that. The bathrooms we feel are in great condition and are exactly as the pictures show them in our ad. You can clearly see what they look like. You asked for an early check in which we tried to accommodate you even if it was only by an hour due to our cleaners not being able to be done any sooner as well as us coming to get the lawn mowed since we have had back to back bookings. Sorry you didn't love our house as much as we do as well as other guests have.

End of Summer Vacation

The property was well maintained and clean. The owners worked hard to make updates their home, including a new deck that we were able to use during our stay. The house had plenty of room to accomadate a large family. The dock was in a quiet cove, no big waves to worry about. We were able to use the slip to dock our boat, which was a definate bonus. The communication with the owners was awesome. No third parties to deal with. Thank you for letting us use your home!

We had a fantastic time. There was a few issues at the beginning of our stay do to weather, obviously outside of our hosts control, our hosts went above our expectations to make sure our stay was great. The house was exactly as described. We had 11 people total and there was plenty of room for all of us. Will definitely book again here.
