Modern Home with Game Room. 1.5miles to Lake Geneva Beach and Downtown!!!

Welcome to our spacious and beautiful home located in a quiet neighborhood just 1.5 miles from the beach! Modern appliances and furniture, open kitchen/dining concept, and a spacious living area makes it perfect for entertaining. Relax on the walk-out front deck and grill with family and friends. Minutes away from downtown Lake Geneva's attractions, restaurants, grocery stores and a 20-minute walking trail to the lake. It has 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms, making it ideal for families & friends.

Other things to note:
The residences in our vicinity receive water from a shared well, but we have equipped our house with a water softener and water filter to condition the water.

Strickly NO smoking at the property inside or outside the home.

With the warmer weather approaching, I understand that you may want to spend time outside on the front deck. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these times to respect the peacefulness of the neighborhood.

Additionally, please drive with caution when entering and exiting the rental property. Please be mindful of the speed limit and that there may be pedestrians, cyclists, and children in the area.

Fantastic Location!

We were thrilled with this location! A peaceful setting at the end of a cul-de-sac, privacy given the trees on and near the property, nearby walking path provided easy access to downtown (maybe a 20-minute walk - we didn't time it as we enjoyed the scenery), the house was very clean, and communication with the host was excellent. Definitely a location we would return to.

Great House Very clean

Had a great time quick 2 night weekend with friends celebrating a marriage engagement. Home was super clean and the layout was perfect for our group of 8 people. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes and pots and pans . Highly recommend this property.

An ideal place for five friends to spend a weekend

We were five long-time friends looking to spend the weekend in Lake Geneva, and this house fit the bill perfectly. It was everything the listing said it is... beautifully remodeled, plenty of room, ideal outdoor hang out space, and a 20-25 minute walk to town. We lucked out with the weather and were able to spend most of nighttime hanging outside. However, if we needed to, there was plenty of comfortable space to hang out inside and a smart TV we were able to connect to our streaming service of choice. The grill is brand new, and we used it to BBQ Saturday night. Pat was extremely easy to work with, very responsive when we were making the reservation. While we were there, we had no issues that required her attention. If you are looking for a great value in Lake Geneva, this is the place!
