Everything was just as expected. The host was very responsive and accomodating. This is a small, cozy place; perfect for 2 people. The private backyard is ideal for star-gazing. I suggest you bring a couple of lawn chairs to fully enjoy it. The house was simple, nice and clean. We plan to stay again when we come to Z-hills to visit family.

The kitchen had everything we needed. There is a washer and dryer, but we did not need it. The unit was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed. Owner gave us instructions timely. We have stayed in this unit before and have reservations in the future. It is definitely cozy.

Had a wonderful stay here, the owner communicated quickly and listing was accurate. I appreciated being able to take my 2 well behaved dogs and they enjoyed the fenced backyard. The home was neat and clean and decorated very well. The home had all the linens needed. Nice to have a washer/dryer also. I recommend this home highly.

Home away from home

Awesome stay all the way down to the lovely decor, Camilla put a lot of effort on making things special all the way to the excellent cookware. Would have been nice to have had a tv in the bedroom but everything else was on point. Will book again.

Cute Home

Perfect home for a couple looking to stay in the area. The home was clean, updated decor and quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Safe location and clean rental

We had a great stay. It was my husband our dog and myself. The accommodations were fine. The place was clean We were able to cook our meals there as the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials to cook. It was great to have a washer and dryer. We will certainly stay again when we are in the area.

Beautiful home!

The home was absolutely gorgeous and had a very homey feel once you walked in! The hosts were great at communicating and extremely kind. If you are looking for a little getaway, this is definitely the home to book!! Will be booking again :)

Nice rental for 3 adults

The rental was quiet and comfortable. We had another rental lined up but it was damaged during the hurricane that impacted the area. We were very lucky to find this one and appreciated the owner responding to us so we could quickly set up a new reservation.

Nice Place

Stayed for 3 nights with our cats while our house was being tented for termites. We live in the neighborhood so we knew it would be quiet. Hosts are nice and the place worked for us. No complaints.

Perfect for us!

This property was exactly what we needed and wanted. It's a smaller space but still very comfortable for a couple. We found it very clean with everything we needed. We loved the location, which was very convenient, and the neighborhood, which felt safe. This is a beautiful unit. It really was perfect for us. We have family just a mile from this rental and will no doubt will be staying here again in the future!

Perfect Little House

We love the Zephyrhills area and this little house was just right for our 33 day stay. It has all the amenities you could ask for and the host is very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed relaxing in the backyard and golfing at the many courses in the area. Your only a short drive to the great shopping in Lutz, horse racing at Tampa Downes and the Hard Rock Casino. We had a super vacation and hope to do it again.

Great Place for a Stay in Zephyrhills

My wife and I stayed in this cottage for a few days while visiting family, and it was a perfect spot for us to retreat to each afternoon and evening. It has been recently updated, is in a nice quite neighborhood, and the owner is communicative and responsive if any issues arise. If we return to Zephyrhills and this house is available, we will definitely use it again. Thank you Camilo!

Felt like home

We stayed in the unit for 3 weeks and wish we had stayed longer. Small unit, but we did not feel cramped. Bedroom was large. No tv in bedroom, but we brought our own. My husband has mobility issues, but we were able to walk to downtown Zephyrhills and nearby restaurants several times. Other than the roosters (which are common in Zephyrhills ), it is a very quiet neighborhood. There were renters a few times in the attached unit, but the walls appear to be well insulated. We have already reserved the unit for several weeks next winter.

Safe refuge from the storm

My brother had to leave his home temporarily due to floods from Hurricane Milton. I searched many listings and chose property. So glad I did! It was close to his home and met all of his needs. The hosts were super responsive right from the start, and proactively checked in on him during his stay. I live in another state so I didn't visit personally, but here are some comments from my brother: - central location, quiet neighborhood - great kitchen (he loves to cook) - lots of hot water - TV with many premium channels - good communication with considerate host - plenty of room, very comfy and cozy overall

This VRBO was a total disaster!

The host misrepresented the property. It was very small and cramped. When we checked in the temperature inside was stifling. Turned on the A/C only to find out that it didn’t work. There was actually a set of HVAC test gauges hooked up to the condenser unit outside. The host said he couldn’t get anyone out until the following afternoon, but he did offer to bring over some space heaters since a cold front was coming through the next day. This tells me that he had no intention of fixing the A/C. Note: The heat in this house is from a heat pump that requires the A/C unit to be charged with freon. The house is a duplex, the add didn’t say anything about that. We asked the host and he claimed the add did say it was a duplex. Looked up the add and it didn’t, took a screen shot of that and the host changed the add overnight. The bathroom outlet wasn’t a GFCI nor was there a GFCI breaker in the panel. We decided to leave the following morning. I poured a gallon of milk down the kitchen sink then noticed the milk was bubbling up in the yard right in front of the kitchen sink, sewage leak. Notified the host we had checked out and asked for a refund for the unused days and he refused. Contacted VRBO and they were of no help to get us a refund. Will never use VRBO again.
