This was one of the best short term rentals I have stay in. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped kitchen, plenty of linens, easy to check in and check out. Communication was excellent. I hope it is available the next time I need to come into town. I will be disappointed if it isn't. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent property at a reasonable cost

Absolutely satisfying place to stay. Clean and close to everything you’d want. In an older neighborhood but don’t be fooled it was incredibly nice. Owners were very responsive.

Everything We Were Looking For

This property was perfect. Anything you would need, is there for you. The property manager was very kind and amazing to communicate with. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in the zephyrhills area. Close to Tampa/ beaches/ shopping and so much more.

Property is in a great location if youre not much of the city type, you’re 10 minutes out from Crystal springs and about 40 minutes from Tampa, the best of both world, I definitely got the cozy home feeling being there. I would book again.

Super clean, well stocked and comfortable. Convenient parking right in front of the unit. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. I love the entry-door code system. Note: it will not work before check-in time - I was there 5 minutes early and thought I was doing something wrong, but communication is easy and fast so I learned this fact in those 5 minutes. We will be back on our next trip.

Perfect!

Everything about this stay was absolutely perfect! Super clean and cute. Has everything you'd expect for a well stocked home and more. This neighborhood is older but super cute and we felt very safe. I even walked my little dog at night. A block off a main road and so much is in walking distance. Excellent communication with the host. We come this way a few times a year and will definitely check with this place first from now on.

Wonderful place!

This was a great place to stay. Clean, well finished interiors, plenty of room and all the amenities you need. My only critique, and this could strictly be a Vrbo thing, is that the price is not what it says it is. The too-good-to-be-true listing you see on the Vrbo site is, in fact, too-good-to-be-true. After fees and taxes and a required insurance policy, it is quite a bit more than the listing says. However, even after the final cost is reached, this place is worth it. It's more expensive than the local hotels, but waaaaaaay more pleasant. I would recommend this place to anyone, anytime. And, Victor is a lovely person to deal with. His responses are quick, he is super nice, and was very helpful throughout my visit. Excellent rental, all around.
