This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom coastal home is the ideal spot for a little rest and relaxation! Casually decorated and elegantly furnished, this split floorplan home checks all the boxes.

Walking in the front door you will find the living area complete with an L-shaped sofa and a large wall mounted smart TV. The adjacent dining area features a beautiful wooden table that offers seating for six.

The kitchen is well appointed and fully stocked with everything you could need to prepare meals. A cozy breakfast nook with a round table and two chairs lies just off of the kitchen.

Stepping onto the patio, you will find a comfy sofa and several chairs along with a fire pit. Guests will surely enjoy evenings spent outdoors while grilling dinner in the fenced backyard.

Just off of the main living space sits the spacious master bedroom. The master suite is complete with a king bed, serene white bedding and a large flat screen smart TV. The attached full bath features a garden tub, a walk-in shower and double vanity.

The second bedroom is located on the opposite side of the home and is tastefully furnished with a full-size bed and a flat screen smart TV. The third bedroom is situated at the front of the home and features two twin beds and a smart TV. The second bathroom is located in the hallway between these bedrooms and features a large vanity and combo shower/tub.

The laundry/mud room, with a full-size washer and dryer, is conveniently accessible from the garage prior to entering the home!

For those seeking some beach time, you've found the perfect spot! This home is within walking distance (just a block) to the beautiful white sand shore of Amelia Island and just one block off A1A/South Fletcher Avenue.

Please Note: The living room fireplace is not for guest use!

This property allows 2 dogs weighing no more than 75 lbs combined- A non-refundable pet fee is required.

Could not have been any better

The house is very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and beautifully decorated. Such unique art pieces in there! It's also full of light and had everything we needed at hand. We didn't cook a single meal so I'm not sure if everything was there IF you want to spend your vacation cooking. I didn't. I'm writing this as the wife, not the husband whose name is listed. Let me say that for us, two senior seniors, everything was easy to handle. We felt very safe there and comfy. The beds are comfortable. Even the outdoor patio furniture was. It seemed everything in there was top of the line. My concern was that our toy poodle was going to be with us and everything in the house is white, so I worried about her dirtying the sofas etc. I solved that by taking 2 king sheets to throw over the sofa because she thinks fur humans don't sit on the floor. It turned out to be a good idea I think. We liked having a big back yard for her, too. I have no doubt we'll rent it again during cooler weather. This was a 4 night stay in May. The walk to the beach was easy and short. All in all, it was just about perfect. Only one suggestion comes from my husband. He's 80 plus a few and has very poor vision and balance, so he wished there had been a handle bar in one of the showers. But that's a minor thing and won't effect most folks. Highly recommend this place. Take your own bath soap and a throw to cover the white sofas and you'll love every minute of it. Thanks.

A fabulous month of rest & recreation

My wife and I spent had a fantastic 4 week vacation in this lovely home on Amelia in a quiet residential neighborhood with our two dogs . We were able to quickly settle into what felt like home away from home. The large fenced-in yard, the easy access to the beach, the comfort of the master bedroom & bath, the open living/dining area, the well-equipped kitchen, the convenient laundry room, and even the garage to store & charge my ebike made for one of our best vacations ever. The folks at Amelia Island Getaways couldn't have been more responsive and gracious. Amelia Island is wonderful place to vacation. It is developed without being over-developed. Lots of parks and trails to explore. Historic Fernandina Beach (the main city on the island) is a 10 minute drive away with abundant shops and restaurants to enjoy. Be sure to get up early enough to watch the sunrise on the ocean and drive to the harborside park to watch the sunset over the river.We arrived back home rested and restored. We would love the come back.

Perfect Beach Getaway

House is exactly as listed. Split plan was perfect and plenty of room for family. Backyard was large and great for our small dog. Across from the beach - amazing location. Property management company was outstanding. Would stay here again.

We have stayed at 10 Vrbo properties, several multiple times. We rate this property 4 stars overall due to a variety of small issues that need to be addressed. None were deal breakers and we have addressed them separately with the property managers. YMMV on these rentals, but you should not hesitate to book based on the areas where we rated 5 stars.

Property was nice but upkeep is slipping compared to others we have rented. Fenced backyard is sparse in grass cover and about 40% dirt. Makes it difficult to use and keep inside clean. White couches, really??

Great Getaway

A great home next to the beach. We were held up there due to hurricane Milton but the house was great - the weather not-so-much. The area of Fernandina Beach is lovely with all of the amenities one would need. It is such a nice place/area that we plan to visit again as a vacation destination.

A lovely 3 bedroom home with a very short walk to the beach. Great location, convenient to Downtown Fernandina and The Omni. Walking distance to The Surf Restaurant. Fenced back yard with patio furniture, big garage and an additional full sized refrigerator. Full size washer and dryer, and more. The perfect place to enjoy a worry free vacation.
