Looking for a Latitude Adjustment-Located just a short breeze (one block) from the beach with its own community pool, this 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome is your ticket to the coastal charms of Amelia Island. Take a walk to the next-door Surf Restaurant, take an easy stroll to my favorite beach on the island, use the two beach cruisers to explore the island, or relax to the sound of crashing waves from one of the two lovely decks, You can quickly golf, surf, fish or take a tour of the island. If you are here to relax there are many options to dine and relax. We provide much of what you need for your beach vacation so you can travel light! Sleeps six adults and two children but is not set up for eight adults. Dogs allowed with a $125 pet fee. 40 pounds max and some breeds are not allowed per HOA and our insurance policy. Close to beach

Perfect for families!

The house was in a great location mid island and less than 5 mins walk to the closest beach access. Very quiet area of the beach also. The property has EVERYTHING you will need for your stay! Beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrella, wagons, towels, bikes, anything you think you would need for your stay, they have it! It was very clean and plenty of room for our family of 6. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Vacation

My family of 4 spent a week here in April, and had a wonderful time. A quick walk to the beach was perfect with my 5 and 2-year-old. The property was as described and the host was communicative throughout the stay.

Our family had a great stay and this unit is well stocked with essentials for the unit and beach. The only challenge was tight parking. This location is on-point for relaxing and only short stroll to the beach. We appreciated James and his quick responses on issues that were out of his control (power and city plumbing).
