Welcome to the most relaxing home in Lake Havasu City, AZ. We thought of everything to make our home comfortable, cozy, clean, and well stocked for our guests. With plenty of parking for boats and toys, this home makes a great low key vacation rental spot for those coming to visit the lake, or spend time putting their feet up on vacation. We are centrally located just minutes from the entertainment the city has to offer.

We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

$250 deposit may be asked at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection (may ask for $500 during holidays)

BBQ GRILL
>We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, but we aren`t always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.

Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.

While we understand that unexpected situations can arise—including severe weather, travel disruptions, illness, or other emergencies—our cancellation policy remains in effect. Travel insurance may help protect your trip investment if an unforeseen circumstance affects your ability to travel or complete your stay.
