HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to ‘Worth Every Penny’! This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom professionally decorated home is just a short walk to the beach. Offering a large open kitchen/dining/living area that allows for easy entertainment and gatherings. A well-equipped kitchen with all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware & utensils to prepare and serve meals. Nice furnished, covered porches to take in the sunset or sunrise while relaxing with your family. Exterior amenities include a closet with beach items including a beach wagon, beach chairs, cooler, and beach toys, a private pool and ample parking for four vehicles. Elevator from ground to first floor and chair lift from first floor to second available upon request. Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including gourmet coffee, dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

The house was clean and as advertised. The location was right next to the beach with even a small view of the ocean from the top floors. They even had beach accessories like chairs, umbrella, and coolers.

Beach Vaca

The trip was amazing. The elevator and step elevator assisted my elderly parents in mobility. The pool looked larger in pictures but was adequate size for our family. The decks were an amazing feature of the property! The property was clean and the housekeeper was exceptionally sweet! Overall the stay was amazing!

Great vacation...Nice accommodations

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of house was great, just 1 block (thru back gate) from beach access. House itself was good but not great. Carpet was filthy. Several beds were wrapped in plastic and should have had mattress pads on top to prevent sound and heat from disrupting sleep. Pillows were lousy. Guest comfort is clearly not a priority for this homeowner. The pool walls were dirty, making the water look dirty from up above. That said, we had a great stay. Fix those few things and you've got a great rental.

Great location, but challenges

The location is great and the house a nice size with 5 bedrooms. The pool was serviced but never looked clean, WIFI did not work until the next day at 130PM, and the front door lock did not open with the code until an hour later after someone came to the home and "reset" the lock. I feel like I am complaining but these items were an unwelcome pain while on vacation and after a 9 hour drive. Overall, we had a great vacation though. Quick walk to the beach, plenty of room for 8 adults.

Beautiful but dirty

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great house for a large group, it’s in the perfect location, it’s close to the beach and both piers, the kitchen has everything you need, and the pool was fantastic especially with two toddlers. The only complaint is the house is dirty. The downstairs bedroom had sand in the bed upon arrival, there were pong balls and water bottle caps scattered throughout the house, a toothpaste cap sitting on the counter in one of the upstairs bathrooms, a used bandaid was hanging from the the fan in one of the upstairs bedrooms, and by day 2 we had to mop the floors because our feet were turning black from all the dirt on the floor. Overall we had a wonderful time staying here.
