The Pinellas Trail is just 2 miles away where you can run walk or bike on a 50 mile paved trail through Pinellas County. Perfect for small families or snowbirds and just a few minutes from the beach at Honeymoon Island State Park.

Venture to the beach at nearby Honeymoon Island State Park just a few minutes away or eat at the many fantastic restaurants nearby in Downtown Dunedin. There is something for everyone at this terrific cottage located near so much. The
MASTER BEDROOM has a comfortable Queen bed, private bathroom, walk in closet and wood dressers.
The SECOND BEDROOM has a double bed and single bed with walk in closet.
The SECOND BATHROOM has a new tiled walk in shower, toilet and sink.
The fully equipped KITCHEN is centrally located. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities for making fantastic meals.
The LIVING ROOM has a large flat screen TV, plush furniture, and amazing decor. The home comes with a Washer and Dryer. Ironing boards, hair dryers, beach towels and pool toys are provided.
Special Note: Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policy: (VRBO Moderate Cancellation Policy) A deposit of $250.00 applied towards the balance is due when a guest wishes to book a property. The balance is due by check 61 days prior to the stay. We DO NOT accept credit cards for large balance payments over $2500.00. The entire balance is due if booked within 60 days of arrival. 100% refund 30 days before check-in; 50% refund 14-30 days before check-in. NO EXCEPTIONS. We offer at time of booking and encourage travelers to purchase travel insurance which covers trip cancellation subject to the plan description of coverage. A short term rental agreement must be signed prior to check in.
