Nouvel intérieur! Entièrement rénové, 3 chambres 2 salles de bain, chien amical. Cette maison peut accueillir 8 avec 1 roi en maître, 2 reines et 1 roi lit gigogne.

Mise à jour avec goût en 2018 avec des comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux appareils électroménagers, une salle de bains en marbre, des sols stratifiés et tous les nouveaux draps. Maison super propre avec tout ce que vous attendez chez vous. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec de petits appareils électroménagers, des ustensiles de cuisine, tous les outils dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, des produits en papier, des épices et du café. Grand parking pour 4 voitures dans l'allée. Cour arrière clôturée, chênes ombragés, garage pour une voiture, laveuse et sécheuse à chargement frontal, Smart HDTV 55 ", câble, Roku et WiFi haut débit. Entrée sans clé simple pour un enregistrement et un départ faciles.

Deux vélos pour adultes sont inclus, ainsi qu'un gril à gaz sans frais. Des chaises de jardin, des serviettes de plage, des jouets et une glacière sont fournis pour votre séjour à la plage.

Good Value - Nice Home

Home is as described and as pictured. We found the home very well stocked with some nice extras - shampoo, paper plates, ziplocs, etc which made our stay easier. The location is close to everything you need and has great access to the Tampa area.

Such a nice, quiet place…great location.

The property was just as described. The location is perfect for the Clearwater/Largo area, it’s close to everything. The property owner Tammy was great and stayed in constant communication with us to insure that our stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area.

Amazing!

We had a wonderful vacation staying here. It’s not to far from the beach and the owner is super sweet and easy to get a hold of. The place felt very welcoming and there was enough room for everyone. Highly recommend!

Great Beach House

This home is perfect for a vacation near the beach. The owner was so accommodating & the home was perfect for our family (5 total; 3 kids). The location is near plenty of stores, restaurants, & beautiful beaches. I highly recommend.

Wonderfully appointed house close to everything!

Tammy takes pride in her house, and it shows. Everything was perfect and the little touches throughout really made for a comfortable stay! Everything is first class and well thought out. Perfect spot for a getaway or for business!

Enjoyed the stay

House was as advertised. Lots of amenities and just about anything you need. Had a great time and convenient location. One recommendation would be to have an outside clothes line to dry suits/towels if that is allowed in the neighborhood. Thx for making our vacation pleasant.

Perfect property for us and our dog. Fenced in yard and screened in furnished porch with TV was great. Zoe loved the quiet older husky in the home behind. Very clean nice property with everything we needed.

A home away from home

We absolutely adored staying at this home. The home is very comfortable, clean, and airy and it had everything that we needed to enjoy our vacations and more. It was indeed a home away from home. Tammy is a fantastic host, available any time for questions. The location is fantastic, within minutes to food, retail, and entertaining. We will come again.

Great facility and location!

This place was the best we've stayed in over the past few years of vacationing. We were just a little over 10 minutes to the beach, and the restaurants nearby were numerous and very good. A Publix is just a mile down the main drag, and has a liquor store attached to it. We did some cooking, and I had every single thing I needed from pots, pans to knives and other utensils. My wife and I recommend this place!

Six week stay February into March

Tammy has a very comfortable home that is clean, very well stocked, and located conveniently to any shopping or site seeing interests. It is also apparent that the home has been updated with improvements and appliances. We were also pleased with her immediate replies to any of our questions. We look forward to staying at this home again.

Hi there I'm Tammy. A Tampa Bay native. I live just outside the area in a country setting with the love of my life and some horses. My standards are high so you should expect a quality atmosphere and enjoyable experience.

Location Location Location! This place is so convenient to what our area has to offer. Any restaurant you would want is within a stone's throw from this home. You could walk or bike there because it's so close but you would appreciate having a vehicle for your stay. The beaches are a straight shot down the road, and the bridge to Tampa Airport is super close. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, tucked just a couple blocks from shopping, restaurants, baseball etc. Several grandfather oak trees offer welcome relief from the warm Florida sun and this house has a screen room to relax in and soak up the gulf breezes.
