Heated pool is nested inside a fully fenced and landscaped backyard. Relaxing lounge setting around the pool or inside the large lanai. Check in was easy. The owner had all the essentials to start your vacay off quickly and easily. The house was clean and central to so many of the beaches. Beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys also made for easy and cost saving beach days.

The host Tony was brilliant, had put some snacks and bottled water out for us which after a long day was much appreciated. Accommodation was clean and had everything needed ( beach towels, fresh towels, toilet rolls etc) fantastic area for exploring and visiting the beaches, plenty of lovely resteraunts nearby. Would definitely stay at the hosts accommodation again.

Unfortunately, the home was not in the condition we expected upon arrival. The floors were dirty, there was noticeable dust throughout the house, and the couch had a musty smell. Overall, the property felt worn and not well-kept, which made it uncomfortable at first and required us to do some cleaning ourselves.That said, the host was sympathetic, responsive, and understanding once we raised our concerns. We appreciated their willingness to listen and address the situation. With better upkeep and more thorough cleaning between guests, this property has the potential to be a much more enjoyable stay.

We enjoy our stay very much! The house was clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and having beach chairs available was a great bonus.Tony was very responsive.The location is close to any store you might need and the beaches. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice home

This home was absolutely perfect for a getaway. The host, Tony, was super helpful and quick to reply to any messages. Having all the amenities made the stay so comfortable, we didn't need a thing. The decor was stylish and inviting, creating a really relaxing vibe. Plus, finding snacks waiting was a delightful surprise after a long journey. I highly recommend staying here.

Cozy Retreat

This property is a central location to the Tampa Bay Area. Multiple beach options and attractions within a short drive. Backyard pool started and closed each day! 😎 Host was attentive and accommodating offering everything a family may need avoiding a trip to the store. Made the stay that more enjoyable!

A beautiful place to stay

When I book properties to stay at in Florida most of them aren’t what they seem online but Tony’s property was exactly as it was mentioned. It is in a quiet neighborhood and it is absolutely beautiful it was set up for a very welcoming stay and we so enjoyed every moment there also tony is a very nice host and he answers quickly on everything I’ve asked and even offered life vests for my visiting grandchildren while they were at the property to swim thank you to tony and his family I will come back to stay again. It is by far the best place compared to any other property we have stayed at in Florida we loved everything about the place

Perfect Getaway!

The home was impeccably furnished and has all the extras to make your stay comfortable! Lots of towels, beach chairs, pool toys, and even a cooler bag. Beautifully landscaped yard! We spent lots of time in the screened patio enjoying the wonderful weather. Hosts were great to communicate with and graciously refunded us for one night when our flight was cancelled, causing us to arrive a day late. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home for our winter getaway!

Perfect Everything

We could not have been any happier with this property! Largo is the perfect place to be if you want to visit both Clearwater and St. Pete and all the beaches in between. A quick drive from Tampa airport too. The house was nice and clean and the beds big and comfortable. The pool was great for our family and we used it a lot, nice clean with plenty of pool toys. My favorite was the high locks on the doors leading out to the pool, young children could not reach the locks. Highly recommended.

Slice of paradise

The house was everything we needed and then some. Entire house was very clean , with the most comfortable beds and pillows ever! Plenty of towels, linens etc . Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils condiments and seasonings. Host even provided a bunch of snacks ! Host provided tons and of pool beach toys , chairs , towels and even a beach cart and cooler. The house had literally everything you could think of, best stocked place I have ever stayed! Pool area is amazing with the outdoor bar, tv and patio area! Can’t wait to come back!!!
