1 1/2 blocks from the water! Beautiful 4BR/2.5 BA beach area home (sleeps 9), close to marina and town beach. Property includes in-ground pool and 1BR/1BA guest house (sleeps 4). A spacious colonial-style main house, carriage house and potting shed share a bright sunny half-acre. Fully fenced in backyard makes it an ideal setting for families.

Backyard firepit, new plantings, beachstone, window boxes, and an outdoor shower add to the property's appeal. The main house boasts an ideal open kitchen / family room, adjoining formal dining room, front sitting room with working gas fireplace, downstairs powder room and tranquil sunroom Family room offers direct access to back porch and the pool area.

Main House: 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths are located upstairs. Stairs lead up past a stained-glass window to a large master bedroom and 3 guest bedrooms, a full guest bath and convenient washer and dryer. Airy master (king) bedroom offers a vaulted ceiling, full bathroom, double closets and sitting area with glass doors to small balcony overlooking the manicured backyard and pool. Two queen bedrooms and double twin bedroom w/ trundle bed. The semi-finished basement contains a game room and additional family room w/sleeper sofa.

Guest House: The one-bedroom carriage house is perfect for a couple or family of four. Queen bedroom and sleeper sofa. Includes kitchenette, full bathroom, living room and double closets.

Close proximity to quaint downtown area, 2 min. drive to Town Beach. Lobster Landing a short walk away!

The home was perfect for us to celebrate Christmas with our whole family!! It was spacious and clean. Our host was attentive to our needs and prompt in communicating when we had questions. Since we were there in the winter we did not get to enjoy the pool but the yard was amazing! We highly recommend this property and all its amenities! Gez and Tom

This is our second stay. We came back because we knew how much we like it. The location is great for walking to eat, to town, to the water. We love the 2nd house so grandparents get privacy. The pool and yard are so lovely. The hosts are very kind and easy to communicate with. The house is clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

We had such a lovely stay at Greg & Erin's home. It was the perfect space for our crew and the pool and huge yard gave the kids a ton of space to run around and play. The house was extremely clean and well-equipped. The carriage house was adorable and gave us some additional space to spread out. We, of course, took advantage of the location and grabbed lobster rolls from Lobster Landing. Communication with Greg was awesome and helpful. Will definitely visit again next time we're in the area. :)

HIGHLY recommend this property! Greg and Erin were an absolute pleasure to deal with the property was perfect for our family vacation plenty of space clean and a perfect location. Anything that came up or questions they were immediately available it was such a great week!

Large and functional home

We were two families and my parents. The cottage was a perfect little addition to let my parents have some privacy. Loved the pool and all the floaties/toys. We ended up just enjoying ourselves at home for much of the trip when we weren’t participating in my cousin’s wedding festivities. Was nice to walk down to the marina restaurants too. Only complaint is that the house is a little older so things like outlets/lights/drains were a challenge at times.Greg was super communicative and helpful.

Family Time

This is our 2nd time staying here and talking about returning again. There is plenty of room for the 14 of us and the pool is the best. There were plenty of towels and supplies available.

Perfect long weekend mini vacation

My husband and I had such an enjoyable weekend with our 2 sons, daughters in law and our 6 grandchildren. We spent quality time together, barbecuing and enjoying the wonderful pool. The home is beautiful and the kids loved swimming in the pool. The host kept in contact with us and everything was perfect.

Great getaway

Family wedding

Our daughter was married in Westbrook and this house was close by and fit all our needs as a family that also had small children. Our only concern was that the inground pool was open to the backyard so obviously children had to have constant attention on them. Other than that, it was a beautiful large backyard and we had a nice fire in the fire pit and a lot of fun playing ping pong and darts downstairs. The open kitchen and family room was wonderful. Would recommend to any large family

The Rocky Sprocket Adventure

Our bicycle group, the Rocky Sprockets, just completed its 45th consecutive bike trip that included a three-night stay at this beautiful house. 10 members participated this year, and the house, the property and the location were absolutely perfect for us. We had plenty of room, the pool and backyard patio were awesome, and the kitchen/living room layout gave us a chance to be together as we cooked meals and reminisced about our many tremendous rides over the years. After riding 65 miles on Friday we were ready to relax, and the house provided that and much more. A/C, plenty of room, large bedrooms, a downstairs game room and a guest cottage were more than enough for us to comfortably spend a weekend together. We cannot think of a single thing that we would have changed!! And we took our bikes for a ride along the shoreline on the weekend and found some incredibly beautiful shoreline spots in Clinton and the neighboring towns. Overall, the house and location far exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning next year.

Wonderful house!

We greatly enjoyed this beautiful home in Clinton. House was perfect, pool and yard were excellent, and communication with the owner was superb. It was our first time renting in this area, and we especially enjoyed Hammonasset State Park - beautiful beach. The only negative was that the street was somewhat busy and the young kids couldn't ride their bikes there. I highly recommend this beautiful property.

Beautiful Vacation

The house and property were absolutely perfect - plenty of room. My family and I (6 adults and 5 granddaughters) just returned from a wonderful vacation there. It was exactly as listed - clean, pool was great, so many amenities, walk to the dock and close to the beach. The host was awesome. He kept us informed. If we had an issue, he answered immediately. We will surely rent it again!!!

Family Vacation

Our multigenerational family stayed at this house and everyone had a great time. The best part of the house- the pool! Very clean and well maintained. The kids and adults swam every day and sometimes multiple times a day (we had a lot of cloudy, dreary days). There were plenty of pool towels and lots of seating around the pool. We also enjoyed the open layout with the kitchen and family room and dining room. Outside grill was in good working order (a little on the smaller side). The home is also very close to Hammonaset beach which we enjoyed on our sunny day. Thanks Greg for hosting us and being so responsive!

Family getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Our favorite part was the beautiful pool. The kids spent 90% of their time in there! The house was neat & clean and accommodated our group of 14. The dining table was perfect for our family. The open floor plan was great & kitchen had all we needed to make a big family dinner. Quick communication - really appreciated that..thank you!
