This was a great property and perfect for what we needed. They actually have most things you need so that was amazing for us. We will for sure be back as the location, comfort, and golf cart were perfect for what we needed.

This was a very nice place for the weekend. Everything was very clean and the backyard was nice for the kids to roast some marshmallows. It is very convenient to the lake and access to the golf cart was great going to the different docks. Would definitely recommend and stay ago.

Great Spot

We were in town visiting family for the weekend and this was a great option for us! Easy access, quiet evenings, and located very close to the lake. The hosts were accommodating and very responsive to all of our needs. Thanks again for all of your help!

One of the best stays we have had through Vrbo! This cabin was very well stocked and extremely clean. The host was friendly and responsive. Having the games in the house was perfect for our rainy day. The back yard offers privacy. We wish we would have had more time to spend out there. Thank you for a great stay! We hope to be back soon!

Graduation Weekend Trip

We needed a place to stay that was close to Danville to attend a HS graduation. The weekend was great and this place was an excellent choice for us. The cottage was like brand new and very clean. Beds were comfortable and was well stocked with things one would need for a worry free weekend. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Great host communication

This home once belonged to my Dad who passed away in 2022. Dad loved Lake Herrington and the people who call it home. The house is a peaceful and special place that I want to keep forever. I long to retreat here myself and take time to remember the wonderful talks shared with him. The front porch was our “go to” place where we had conversations for hours. After his passing, my husband and I completely remodeled his home. I hope you find your happy place here as well, and that you find peace while visiting Bill’s Lake House ... now known as “Lake Getaway”.
