Everything was great! We loved utilizing the outdoor kitchen and hot tub. It was very clean and well cared for. The couches were comfy for hanging out and the beds were great!

Super House in LC

Great overnight stay here. We were only there for a few hours, but the house is super nice and has a great outdoor area (that we did not get to enjoy due to our short stay)

The place was very clean and spacious for the most part. Unfortunately one of the areas that we were hoping to take advantage of was a private Courtyard with an outdoor TV. When we arrived there was no TV out there and the courtyard was pretty dusty

Cool theme

It is as pictured! - unique theme in Las Cruces. Well equipped in a quiet neighborhood and very clean. Fun place to stay with plenty of room and great cooking Facilities

Gals go golfing

A group of Colorado gals came to Las Cruces to do some golfing. The house provided a very much appreciated hot tub that got use each night! The house is roomy and comfortable. We would love to come back again in the future!

Las Cruces trip

This property was the best of all the places we have stayed. The home was very nice and very clean. The property is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. All the appliances were very modern and the decor in the home wash beautiful. We wanted to book an extra night, but it had already was booked. Next time we will book for 3 nights instead of 2, we were very happy with our stay.

Wonderfully Tuscan!

We had a fabulous stay at the Tuscan Villa and outdoor living! From cooking on a fabulous gas range to relaxing in a hot tub on the patio. And the master suite & bathroom was luxurious!! We just needed more time to enjoy! A must if you need a place in Las Cruces. And no complicated check out requirements!!

We were disappointed when we got there and the place was not clean but the host responded to me right away. The host got a cleaning crew there right away and took care of everything in a very timely manner. The home was lovely and we enjoyed our stay

The home was about halfway clean, the vent cover are covered in dust; as well as the top of all surfaces throughout the home. We couldn't use the grill, when we tried to start it a flame burst out of the left side, it was quickly turned off, the grill is also in need of cleaning. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable.

Spacious house near White Sands NP

This rental was an excellent value for the price. Lots of room, great hot tub, and less than one hour from White Sands National Park. We borrowed the sleds in the garage to slide down the sand dunes. There's a Walmart nearby. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was stocked with the essentials and basic spices. The back yard was small and dusty so we didn't go out there other than to use the hot tub. Bring your own ice, drinking water, and wash cloths.

Nice Home in Nice Neighborhood

Nice house, nice quiet neighborhood. Floors needed to be swept and mopped but other than that the house was clean. The backyard had a lot of broken solar light pieces lying around and there was miscellaneous junk piled up on one side; a concern for our dog.

Enjoyable

The home was nice. We enjoyed our stay and we were comfortable in the home. There was just minor things that threw me off when we were there but it was not big deal. The back yard had not been maintained so the wild plants aka weeds were growing in the area. I’m giving this place an overall 5 because it was a nice stay for my family and I. Everyone had a room and had what we needed. The overall stay was enjoyable we were able to create memories while staying there and while visiting Las Cruces. I am happy. I would stay here again.

Fantastic

This house was the perfect place to get away for a long weekend. We started with the Journey concert at the Pan Am Center and then spent a few days enjoying the great outdoor courtyard/patio and hot tub. A couple friends joined us Saturday for a small get together and they were so impressed with the kitchen. The kitchen is set up so nice, with every convenience. The entire house set up is made for ease of living and enjoying the space. The house is easy to get to and there is a Walmart just a couple miles away to get anything you need. I highly recommend this place!!!
