This house offers all the necessary comfort, modernity and calm with two bedrooms ( the access is right next to the living room but not connected to the latter from inside), two bathrooms, a kitchen open to the dining and living area.





You are only 5 mn drive from the beaches,

10 mn drive from asupermarkets, and about 15 mn drive from Princess Juliana airport.

Beautiful villa close to Cupecoy

Beautiful property! Stayed for 3 weeks and found the villa to be relaxing and comfortable yet close to Cupecoy shopping amenities and beaches. Property management was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!!

Very nice spacious house. Interesting that the terrace is used as hallway ;-)! The house is located on a gated property of the owners who live on the same property in a separate house further along the road and respected our privacy.If we visit St Martin again, we will stay here again!

Wonderful experience

We truly enjoyed our time in this beautiful house. It has privacy, beautifully designed rooms, a gorgeous view and a lovely pool. The communication with the owner was flawless. Thank you again for being such a great host. We would love to return.

Beautiful grounds, secluded with great views. Loved the layout of the villa. The rooms were so nice with a beautiful shower in my room. Pool was very nice. Definitely want to return.

Amazing stay

My family stayed there for a Xmas holiday and it was just perfect. We loved the location, few min drive from all sort of beaches, the private pool with its view to the baie. The fact that you can go out every day or cook at home is great. Finally the communication with the property manager as well as the owner were fantastic. You can't go wrong with this house.

Absolutely perfect

What a wonderful experience. Our first Vrbo stay. I cannot thank our concierge Lea enough. She was so wonderful and helpful. Any question we had, she responded immediately. This place was very clean, quiet. We just loved it here. Can't wait to come back.

Great location, great house, great pool

This is our 6th visit to the Terres Basses in SXM and this house was our favorite for the two of us. It was a great size.. not too small and not too large. The pool was a great size and was comfy to sit and dangle your feet or to get some strokes in. The kitchen was well equipped, the water pressure was phenomenal as was the water temperature. The ac units were strong and dependable. The villa is ckean and the surrounding area very quiet and private. What was not mentioned in the description that there IS a washing machine and a nespresso maker. Both were welcome additions! It is a short drive to some really good restaurants ( Be Kool, French Cocotte and Mesa Luna) and very convenient to a great bakery and grocery store! Please note that there is no indoor connection between the living area and each of the bedrooms. You must walk outside ( extremely short distance ) to get to the bedrooms. No problem for the two of us or if we were traveling with another couple but could cause a problem (of security) if traveling as a family with children. We WILL be back and hopefully rent this villa again. It fit our needs perfectly!

Just Perfect

We stayed here the first week of June and just got back. Three adults and it was the perfect place to stay. Being in June, it was hot so having the pool was essential. The property is new, has everything you need. The pictures on the website don't capture the beautiful and stunning view of the baie as you can slightly see water but you are surrounded by beautiful palm trees and other native plants. Having the grill was great and easy to cook in kitchen if you don't feel like going out to lunch/dinner. We felt very safe too as there is a gate before entering the property. We were able to communicate with property manager/owner if we needed anything. Check in and check out was easy. It does not have US plugs, they did have one converter but you can easily buy at the Carrefour Express right down the road (only $5). This grocery store also has everthing you need for food and alcohol too. Highly recommend going on Random Wind Charters (5 hour boat) - just check with them what days they leave out of Simpson Bay b/c its closer. French Cocotte is a delicous restaurant by the marina in Port Cupecoy. Kalatua is a beach club - great place to eat lunch and rent beach chairs, the water is beautiful there (more for adults). Thank you for making our vacation so wonderful and would love to come back - highly recommend!

Nowhere Better!

My husband and i wanted somewhere special to celebrate our anniversary. Villa Pool House in Les Terres Basses was absolutely perfect. The pool and deck area were private and the house came with everything we needed for the 3 week stay. Staff were immediately helpful and solved any issues (not many!) that came up. Would love to come back!
