Please note: This home will sleep a maximum of 8 people. Sleeping for up 6 Adults and 2 Children under the age of 12. We do not allow sleeping on the floor, on blow up beds, or on the furniture etc. Your group must be able to sleep in the bedding provided.

• Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Sunday to Sunday.
•Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer.  Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
•These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions.

This home features an additional 3rd split level with the sitting room and bedrooms. The upper level of the home leading to the bedrooms is accessible from the hallway off the dinning area.
