Cozy Beach Town Getaway Cottage

Cette jolie petite maison se trouve à seulement quelques pùtés de maisons de la plage, sur une belle rue calme. Nous avons acheté cette location en 2015 et rafraßchis tous les aspects de celui-ci pour rendre notre maison de vacances idéale. Il est idéal pour une escapade de week-end prÚs du centre ville, sans avoir à faire face à la foule. La cour entiÚrement clos à l'arriÚre est parfait pour laisser les enfants courir pendant que vous détendre sur le pont ou mettre sur pied un repas dans la cuisine complÚte. Immortalisez vos souvenirs avec votre famille ou tout simplement obtenir loin de tout dans le confortable Cayucos.

La raison pour laquelle nous avons choisi cet endroit est pour sa courte promenade Ă  l'accĂšs Ă  la plage 24th Street, ce qui est idĂ©al pour le surf et bodyboard. La plage est Ă©galement chien amical (y compris sans laisse) et rarement bondĂ©e malgrĂ© le temps parfait. Si vous ĂȘtes en cours d'exĂ©cution, vous pouvez rĂ©ellement faire une boucle 10k de la jetĂ©e jusqu'au Morro Rock. Il est vraiment un petit coin de paradis.

Nous avons un enfant en bas ùge nous donc il est parfaitement mis en place pour les petits. Comprend une chaise haute et pack-n-play berceau portable. Il y a une balançoire et un toboggan situé dans la cour entiÚrement fermée entourée d'écorce. L'autre moitié de la cour est de l'herbe.

UPGRADED 15 Septembre, 2016: Faites glisser et balançoire et de l'écorce aire de jeux ajoutés à la cour arriÚre pour les kiddos!
UPGRADED Septembre 29, 2016: Nous avons installé une rondelle pleine grandeur et sÚche-linge dans le garage attenant!

A beautiful stay here. This house had so many wonderful amenities and helpful instructions for each. The vintage record player was a great touch. Don’t miss out on the board game closet in the master bedroom.

Fun and excellent stay at the beach! The house was perfect for a fun and relaxing beach stay. The house had everything we needed and just that bit more to make it more comfortable and a place for fun family meals and games in the evenings. The place was very clean and very close to the beach - great for additional night time beach walks.

Perfect Beach CottageIt was a great beach weekend. The beach is a quick 4 minute walk away. You can also see and hear the ocean from the house!The cottage is warm and inviting and has many great amenities: coffee bar, bikes, record player (we really enjoyed this!), heated bathroom floor, etc. Everything was clean and organized and there are outstanding directions about the cottage and amenities. Communication with Brad was easy and quick. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was excellent for our stay. Brad replenished the coffee with some excellent selections. I love that there was even a guitar to play! Beds were comfortable, location was great, and we had all we needed!

The place was clean and well-provisioned. It was especially great for cooking. This is really a perfect place for summertime weather, which we did not have. But the back area looked wonderful. We did enjoy listening to the collection of vinyl records. My only negative comment is that there is not enough space in bedroom or bathroom drawers for unpacking. I realize that someone lives in this place, so that makes it more difficult for them to vacate.

Great little house. It was stocked with everything one would need. The owners thought of everything. Our kids had a house on the beach and it was an easy 5 minute walk to their house. The back deck is amazing. Actually, the whole house is. We would highly recommend it.

Adorable coast cottage

Cute place - lots of little extras

The place was really clean, looked like pics. Appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs. There were also bikes and boogie boards we didn’t use. Also had filtered water and a heated bathroom floor which were nice extras. Location worked well overall for us as we did kayaking at Morra Rock and visited Hearst Castle, but we found that many restaurants closed early, especially during the week, so just plan accordingly for that

Absolutely darling beach cottage just a few short blocks from the ocean. This charming and delightful home has everything you could possibly need to make your stay cozy and luxurious. Brand new large back deck with ocean views, outdoor bbq island, dining table and covered pergola area with lounge seating allow you to enjoy the beautiful coastal weather while listening to the waves break. Featuring two bedrooms, a full bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, several bicycles with helmets allowing guests to explore the darling downtown. Also, an outdoor shower allows you to rinse off after playing on the beach. Just minutes to downtown Cayucos and a short trek to Morro Bay or Cambria.
