5 minute walk to downtown Lee's Summit! My place is close to great restaurants, coffee shops, family-friendly activities, shopping, bars and a whole slew of entertainment. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). A park is directly across the street as well:)

We loved our stay here! Great location to go to Arrowhead for football game. Downtown Lee Summit within walking distance and it’s adorable. Walked to the Farmers Market this am. Enjoyed sitting on front porch swing. And the decor was fun! Would stay again.

Charming, Artsy Duplex Just Blocks from Downtown Lee's Summit

We just wrapped up another great stay at this charming Lee’s Summit home. This property is part of a duplex. I've stayed in the upstairs unit before and had a fantastic experience. This time, since I was traveling with my family, we decided to try the downstairs unit.The location is unbeatable if you want to be close to downtown Lee’s Summit. The home is well-appointed, with comfortable beds, inviting furnishings, and an eclectic mix of art that gives it personality and warmth. It’s a really comfortable space to relax and spend time with family.There are a few things to be aware of. The house is located on a busier street, so you may hear traffic from time to time, especially in the front bedroom. And since this is a duplex, if someone is staying in the upstairs unit, you will hear them. During our stay, there were softball players upstairs who had early mornings, which we totally understood, but it did mean some early wake-ups.The back bedroom is a great spot for sleeping. It is dark, quiet, and cozy. Just note that it doesn’t have a door, so if full privacy is important, you may want to consider the upstairs unit, which has two bedrooms with doors and a separate bathroom.Also worth mentioning, the downstairs unit has only one bathroom, and it’s located through the back bedroom. This wasn’t a huge issue for us, but it's something to consider if you're traveling with a larger group.All in all, this is still one of my favorite places to stay in Lee’s Summit. As long

An eclectic dream.

My college roomate and her husband and i wanted a place to stay that was fun and filled with joy since we dont get to see eachother very often. This space is a beautifully crafted and lovingly open place to stay. Thank you for creating this olace and allowing us to stay there! -C,I,R :)

Mercy me -Zach Williams Concert trip

My sister-in-law and I stayed in the downstairs apartment for two nights. After the concert Friday night and a day of exploring on Saturday we were ready to just chill for the evening.It was cozy like home. We visited antique stores, a historic site, several restaurants, all within a half hour driveI would stay there again.

Funky Fun

The listing was as pictured. The host was great about staying in touch when the area had an electricity outage (which was quickly restored and not anything to do with the rental).

Loved this property!

We recently stayed at this adorable home while we in town for the recent KC Chiefs game. Great location, walking distance to many great restaurants in Lee Summit! Quick 20 minute ride to the stadium! We would definitely return!

Amazing place to book!

We stayed here over the weekend and absolutely loved it! Had everything we needed to cook meals, space to play board games and comfy beds! The location was perfect! We walked a block and were downtown! We were able to experience the Octoberfest because of the location! Definitely a great place to book for a short weekend!

Chiefs Vaca

Perfect stay for our first Kansas City Chiefs game! We loved the downtown area of Lee’s Summit that was just minutes away from this home! It was very easy to navigate this location as well. It was so cute to top it off. Only negative thing I would have to say is that the upstairs was rented out as well and there is no sound berrier between the two. We were woke up 2 different times in the same night close to 1am and later from a dead sleep of it sounding like the ceiling was gonna collapse due to the other renters. Other than that, I would rent again!
