5 minute walk to downtown Lee's Summit! My place is close to great restaurants, coffee shops, family-friendly activities, shopping, bars and a whole slew of entertainment. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). A park is directly across the street as well:)

We loved our stay here! Great location to go to Arrowhead for football game. Downtown Lee Summit within walking distance and it’s adorable. Walked to the Farmers Market this am. Enjoyed sitting on front porch swing. And the decor was fun! Would stay again.

Dan is a wonderful host and his property is delightful. I brought my teen and her best friend for a shopping weekend and it was a great base and place to decompress. I’d stay again!

An eclectic dream.

Mercy me -Zach Williams Concert trip

My sister-in-law and I stayed in the downstairs apartment for two nights. After the concert Friday night and a day of exploring on Saturday we were ready to just chill for the evening.It was cozy like home. We visited antique stores, a historic site, several restaurants, all within a half hour driveI would stay there again.

Amazing place to book!

We stayed here over the weekend and absolutely loved it! Had everything we needed to cook meals, space to play board games and comfy beds! The location was perfect! We walked a block and were downtown! We were able to experience the Octoberfest because of the location! Definitely a great place to book for a short weekend!

Loved this property!

We recently stayed at this adorable home while we in town for the recent KC Chiefs game. Great location, walking distance to many great restaurants in Lee Summit! Quick 20 minute ride to the stadium! We would definitely return!

The listing was as pictured. The host was great about staying in touch when the area had an electricity outage (which was quickly restored and not anything to do with the rental).

Funky Fun

Such a cozy place

My boyfriend and I stayed in the downstairs apartment for three nights and had a fantastic stay. Everything was clean and the house was super cozy, cool, and had a lot of charm. Would definitely stay there again if we came back to the area

Such a quaint and comfortable home! It was so comfortable, it truly felt like home away from home! The location is incredible and the communication with Dan was excellent! We will definitely rebook when we return to Lee’s Summit!
