Why not spend your next summer vacation in “The Hamptons”!!!... The Hamptons #139 at Hampton Colony that is! Completed in the summer of 2023, this newly constructed vacation home makes it's 2024 summer debut on the rental market and is now ready for your family and friends to enjoy! Be one of the first to indulge in the amazing ocean and sound vistas from this beautiful custom built vacation home. Located on a prime half-acre oceanfront “B” lot, this impressive vacation home includes a private boardwalk to your oceanfront dune crossover with 2 observation benches and storage for all your beach chairs and toys. “The Hamptons” includes 6 bedrooms (4 kings), (1 queen), (3 bunk beds), daybed w/trundle, 5 full baths & two half baths.

From the ground floor “Drop Zone” jump into the elevator and press level 2 where you'll find a beautiful wet bar with cooler fridge, Keurig coffee maker, & microwave surrounded by 4 spacious bedrooms (2 oceanfront kings, 1 queen w/bunk, & a double bunk room) each with access to a private bath. Step out onto the 34' oceanfront deck complete with a 6 person hot tub, multiple Adirondack chairs, & a relaxing porch swing.

Press the level 3 button and arrive on the main living area with a well appointed kitchen, complete with all new stainless appliances, including a double ice-maker, separate cooler fridge, prep sink, and 9' breakfast bar seating 4. Don't be fooled by the large counter height banquet table that seats 10 because it separates & doubles as two game tables for a fun night of cards or board games. The living area sports a comfortable sectional surrounding a cozy fireplace and 2 power recliners affording plenty of seating for everyone to gather for movie night after a long day on the beach. Level 3 wouldn't be complete without 1 of 2 master bedroom suites complete with king bed, en-suite bathroom w/double vanity, step-in tiled shower, & walk-in closet. Everyone will want to rush to the westward balcony off the MBR at sunset to witness the view as the sun paints a lasting memory over the unobstructed marsh and wetlands. After your evening meal, step out onto the 2nd 34' oceanfront deck and relax with a beverage while listening to the waves crashing on the shore.

Press level 4 up to the “Penthouse” suite and prepare yourself to witness a view “To Die For” from a roughly 40' high deck overlooking one of Mother Natures best works. The “Penthouse” features a king size bed, wet bar, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and complete en-suite tile bathroom with walk-in shower & separate soaking tub. Couples with 1 or 2 little ones may fight over the “Penthouse” with a separate sitting room with a daybed and trundle.

“The Hamptons” also features high speed internet, Samsung smart TV's in all rooms, a separate laundry room, large outside shower, two picnic tables, and a grilling station with a 3-burner Wilmington Grill. Don't forget to bring your boat as there's plenty of parking for up to 8 vehicles & your boat! North Topsail Beach Park is a minute away featuring tennis, pickle ball, basketball, volleyball, nature trails, & kayak launch. Bring your golf clubs as North Shore Golf Club is 2 minutes just over the North Topsail Island “High Rise” bridge.

This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. The elevator is available on the ground floor and accesses all floors. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.

There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in. Linens are provided with your stay and beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you want to get away from all the harsh realities this home is the perfect hideaway! Exceptionally clean, beds made (a bonus), lots of parking, stocked kitchen, comfortable living room and great boardwalk to the beach! We had the unique experience of Hurricane Erin but all was fine! We had a family of 10 with friends popping in and out and everyone was comfortable! The Jack and Jill bath plus is private toilet and sink for each room! I have a couple of suggestions but it comes from personal preference- I would prefer regular dining table height because it is difficult to get chair close to the table and please consider adding rocking chairs to the decks as older people find it hard to get up from the Adirondack chairs, but nothing beats a rocking chair while watching the ocean while having a cocktail! Had a great time and will be back!

Fantastic Property for Large Families, Quiet and Convenient Beach Access

We recently stayed at this property with three families (13 people in total), and it comfortably accommodated everyone. The house was very new, impeccably clean, and designed with great attention to detail. The private walkway to the beach made access easy and convenient, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The common areas, especially the kitchen and living room, were spacious and well laid out, with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having an additional small refrigerator and coffee maker on each floor was a thoughtful touch. We also appreciated the convenience of the elevator, particularly for groceries and luggage. The location is in a quiet area, offering peaceful surroundings while still being within a 10-minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed dining at Splash by the Sea, just a 2-mile drive north. The only minor drawbacks were: 1. The listing gave the impression that each bedroom had a private bath, but one set of rooms shared a bathroom. Including a layout map would be helpful for future guests. 2. The touchscreen oven occasionally froze, making it unusable, but we figured out that cycling the breaker would reset it since there was no reset button. Overall, we highly recommend this property for families looking to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing beach week without the hustle and bustle of a busy beach town.

The home is extremely well-designed; we especially appreciated the kitchenettes on each floor, the ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms, and the layout of the common area (kitchen/open family room). We found the house to be very clean without unnecessary decor/clutter and thought the kitchen was well-stocked. It was nice to have a private boardwalk to the beach for storage of beach gear and rinsing off.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time! The brand new property had everything you would want and more. We have rented from this owner several times before and he never disappoints. The strawberry moon was an amazing bonus! The only complaint that we would have is the mattresses on the bunk beds and daybed were too thin and the grandkids complained that they felt like they were sleeping on the slats. However, we would highly recommend this house and are looking forward to returning next year!
