We had a great stay. The property was a little bit further away from the parks than we expected but this wasn’t a big issue. The house was lovely and clean with big bedrooms and lots of space.

House is big enough for a family of 7. The 3 full baths is a plus. Didn’t feel cramp at all cause of the high ceiling and opened space. Very nice and clean, the manager/ Owner was very attentive to my needs. She made sure all my concerns was met. Will definitely stayed here the next time I’m in the area. Thank you !

Reconnection trip

Very clean property and as advertised. Excellent communication with Dulce. Well stocked kitchen and linens. Comfortable furniture. Only suggestion would be more ligting around the pool. Pool lights don't work and the bulb near bredroom isn't certain bright.

Amazing

Dolce villa was a lovely place to stay. We had a fabulous 28 days stay here with nothing to complain about as it was excellent. The owner was really lovely and friendly who met us and was very courteous towards us and kept in touch all the way through our say which was very nice of her. The villa itself was clean and as it is in all the photos. We do recommend Dolce villa to everyone.

A lovely home for a central Florida stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. The property is as pictured. It’s a large home and it was very clean and had all the needed amenities. There is a nice pool as well, which unfortunately we could not use due to cool weather during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dinnerware, flatware, glasses etc. Everything, needed for cooking or eating at home was available. We found the location to be great for our purpose. While it’s about 20 min from the theme parks, one advantage is that you can reach Disney world and other parks on back roads rather than face traffic on I-4. This area is not as congested with traffic as closer in locations and we found this to be more relaxing. There are numerous restaurants in the area, so you don’t have to go far to eat out. Some of within 2-3 min of the house. Dulce, the owner, was very responsive and accommodating. We definitely would consider renting this property again on return to the Orlando area.

The property was just as described. This was the perfect house for my wife to celebrate her birthday. The property was very clean, the pool was perfect. The communication with the host was incredible. She was very quick to respond and help with whatever we needed to make our stay better. We will be staying again!

Holiday to Orlando

We were very happy with our stay in Orlando. We have stayed in Orlando many times and always love it. The house was ideal for us as it was close to everything we wanted to do. The place was very clean and tidy and everything worked. The only downside for us was the east facing pool as it was always in the shade in the afternoon when we got back from Universal Studios at around 2pm. For the price we paid I would consider the rental to be very good on the whole.

The home has a temperature controlled thermostat. It is set at 74 degrees . This should be disclosure. The home has no cable TV Streaming only. this should be disclosed. The oven did not work properly. No steak knifes

Awesome Stay !!!

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was a plus for our kids. We visited The Magic Kingdom and Epcot Center, it was only minutes away. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Walmart and other stores all nearby. Host was easily available. Home was well furnished in every aspect. We would definitely stay again. Thanks, Johnny

Great Vacation House

The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and location is good. About 1/2 hour from Orlando, 1 hour from Tampa in good traffic. Our Stay included Hurricane "Milton" Said to be strongest storm in that area since 1921, it still was cat 2 storm when it went over us. Crazy strong winds, 8-12 inches rain. Homeowner Dulce checked on us several times and sent nice guy over to secure patio furniture, he gave us few tips. The house held up AMAZING, no power outage or damage. My tips if you find yourself with a hurricane. Don't wait to get anything you think you need. Fuel for car was hardest to find. Always keep full tank. We did ok, [WaWa station 6am morning? ] always watch for stations that had fuel, plan for outage, hope for best. We still had great time at the parks non-storm days. We recommend nearby restaurants Mia pizza and Slim Chicken. A Big Thank you to Homeowner, We would love to come stay again.

Amazing Property

The house was very clean and spacious. Neighborhood and locale had EVERYTHING you would need. Dolce was amazing and very communicative, i will absolutely be staying here again when we come back to Florida. Do yourself a favor and book this property before all the dates are gone!
