Villa de luxe 3 BR / 2 BA avec piscine privée plein sud

Notre luxueuse villa de 3 chambres peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes et est située sur la communauté de Creekside, à Kissimmee, en face de "Give Kids the World". Il est à moins de 15 minutes en voiture de Walt Disney World et à 20-25 minutes de Sea World, Universal Studios et Islands of Adventure.

Notre villa a sa propre piscine chauffée privée, exposée au sud et dotée d'un mobilier de jardin. Notre maison de vacances est entièrement climatisée et se compose de 3 chambres, la chambre principale a un lit queen size avec une salle de bain attenante, complète avec coffre-fort et dressing, dans la seconde a un lit king size et la troisième chambre a lits jumeaux, tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis. La deuxième salle de bain comprend un lavabo simple, des WC séparés et une baignoire / douche combinée.

Notre grand salon / salle à manger est entièrement meublé, avec TV, DVD et point d'accès INTERNET GRATUIT. Nous avons une cuisine entièrement équipée avec salle de petit déjeuner adjacente, nous avons également une buanderie séparée avec une machine à laver, sèche-linge, fer et planche à repasser.

Nous avons un gestionnaire local expérimenté et sympathique qui entretient la villa au plus haut niveau et prendra soin de toutes les questions que vous pourriez avoir pendant vos vacances en Floride.

Creekside est une très petite communauté et est à distance de marche de Wal-Mart et très proche de toutes les attractions le long de la 192.

The property is close to shopping and restaurants. The pool is awesome. The owners are great, very prompt at answering any questions you might have. This is our 4th stay and we are hoping to book again next year.

Comfortable Quiet House

Great house for a Disney theme park trip in a quiet location, just off the 192 highway. Walmart only a couple of kilometres away for shopping and plenty of choice of shopping/restaurants within east reach. House had all the amenities you might need and a great covered pool/outdoor area. Very happy with our stay.

First Disney Trip

This was the first Disney trip for my boys. The location was close to the park and conveniently close to Walmart, Dunkin Donuts, and Starbucks, as well as many other food and attractions. The pool provided some welcome relief to the heat and was a nice way to unwind at the end of the day. Overall great experience.

Enjoyed the pool. Surprised that almost no consumables were stocked. One dishwasher tab. No dish soap. Two rolls of TP for 4 guests. No Saran wrap, foil, paper towels, garbage bags.

Very dirty and tired property

A lot of work needs to be done to bring the standard of the property up, BBQ was old and not useable . Kitchen utensils old and blunt. Various lights not working throughout property. Lounge flooring started to lift causing tripping hazard. Pool lining blown and needs repair & painting. Pool filter I assume is not working due to a lot of flys dead every morning on the surface. Both on suit basins & bath slow to flow away due to hair blockages.

I am a travel agent and have stayed in many VRBOs. This property was the dirtiest property I have ever been to. We had no air conditioning for the first 2 days, and no hot water the entire week. We reached out to the owner who finally sent someone to fix the AC. There was a whole layer of dirt on the lamp shades, the vents in the ceiling were caked with dirt. The master toilet had urine on the base of it and it was caked on the floor. I understand that the owner is from the UK, and when contacted with my concerns, I received back "ok". I understand that they live a long way away, but this was unacceptable. I will never stay at this location again, or have my clients stay here. VRBO standards are high, and I have never been disappointed before, until now. Lesson learned about this property. The pictures you see are from when they bought the house with a brand new fence, which now is falling down.

Could had been better

House was spacious. The location was good. Only 5 minutes to Walmart and restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet. The parks were maybe 20-30 minute ride probably less without traffic. The pool was the best but the house was warm and not clean. Manager came in to change the AC filter and it cool down better after. She also send in a cleaner who cleaned floors, changed and made the beds and cleaned the fans cause they were so dusty you could not turn them on but she missed the bathrooms which I ended up cleaning them my self. This vacation home would be much better if the cleaners do a better thought out job.

Excellent vacation!

We had an amazing vacation at this villa. The house was super clean and the neighbour hood was quiet. The owners were excellent to deal with. It was close proximity to all the Disney and universal parks, and Walmart was only a couple minutes up the road. And that pool😍 It was AMAZING! Our family of 5 enjoyed it everyday of our 2 week stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone & will definitely stay again if we travel to Florida. Thank you♥️

Amazing time!

We had an excellent time staying at this house. The location to Disney and Universal was perfect. It was roughly 15 minutes (without traffic). The rooms were excellent for the people we had and the kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. My kids loved the pool and I'm glad we paid for it to be heated. We were in the pool for at least 9 hours each day. The owners are amazing to talk to and respond very quickly. We will definitely be booking again for upcoming trips!! Thanks for opening your home and allowing us to stay. It really felt like a home away from home.

Roomy house in great location

Quiet location - easy access to 192 (don’t have to go through gate or other busy side roads or streets) and to Walmart. Great couch and love seat set. Beds were a little soft for our liking. Some of the linens were worn. Next time we will bring our own. Faucet over kitchen sink bowls swivels over the countertop so had to turn water off in order to swivel from one bowl to another. Other guests did not do same, so countertop has been damaged over the years. All in all, good value for money. Hosts very responsive to our request to stay next winter,.
