Renovated spacious modern house with a big backyard. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. Pets are allowed and the neighborhood is also boat friendly with access to a public boat ramp. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, which is walking distance to the Indian River where you can have a kayaking experience and look at dolphins or enjoy a walk to Ballard Park. It is a close drive to Eau Gallie Art, Downtown Melbourne and a 5 minute drive to Satellite Beach.

The property is well maintained and clean. The backyard with the play set was perfect for our 7 and 9 year olds to burn energy. Quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle. We plan to stay again!

Such a wonderful place to stay

It was adorable and felt like home. It was really clean, and in a central location. Far enough away from crazy traffic but close enough to many beaches and family activities! It was also a great place for kids!

Great location

Very good location. Close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The neighborhood had river access. Property was clean and host was always resposive. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect home

The house is cleaned, spacious and cozy. It’s very spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host communicates quickly and ensures you have everything you need. Definitely recommend.

The house was very clean and cute. We didn’t find the keurig till the second day but there is a really good coffee shop just a minute away. There’s a notice on the window about hvac work which is definitely needed, the living room is cool but the rooms are warm. Thankfully the ceiling fans helped a lot.

Great Location!

Anthony the host was amazing! He was quick responding to any of my questions. Highly recommend this adorable house. It was super clean and spacious. Close to the beach, restaurants and was even able to see a space x launch. Hi girly recommend this house.

River house stay

We had an amazing stay at the River House! It’s a beautiful home with a lovely backyard—my daughter absolutely loved playing back there. The house was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and incredibly comfortable. One of our favorite features was the relaxing imitation fireplace—it added such a cozy touch. I stayed here while graduating from FIT, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—just minutes away from campus. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place close to the school, this is it. Highly recommend!

Nice Stay in Melbourne

We were happy with our stay. Our 5 year old granddaughter was happy with the swingset. One thing shocked me, I opened the dishwasher and a roach jumped out. Did not see any other(I did look around for more). One suggestion I would make is possible a shelf in the shower. You can get those with suction cups. Would beat having to pick soap and shampoo up off the shower floor. We were happy for our short visit. Thank you.I do have a picture of the roach if you need it.
