It is a pleasure offering our beautiful home and quality service to guests! Pls make sure you can follow the house rules below before making reservations. We appreciate you treat our home and neighbors with respect. Thank you!

1. The property is equipped with security cameras, video door bell and noise detector outside the house.
2. 🛻Pls park your cars in the driveway, and don't block the walkway.
3. Pls take off shoes prior to entering into the house.
4. Pls move trash bags to trash bins if trash bags are full and don't leave trashes on the floor in rooms or in garage.
5. Given the massive work required to meet our cleaning protocol, pls follow the requested schedule to check in and check out. If early check in or later check out is needed, pls reach out to us to get an alignment first. Extra fee will apply.

6. OUR HOME STRICTLY PROHIBIT THESE BEHAVIORS:
(1) Any Smoking/vaping in particular marijuana inside and outside the house.
(2) Any parties, events, large group gathering (max 15 including visitors), loud music or interference. There is a noise detector to detect excessive noise (in the backyard only).
(3) Unregistered guests.

You will be asked to leave the house immediately without a refund if there is a violation.

7. Max 2 pets allowed. Pet fees will apply. We need your cooperation to make sure your pet is well behaved and potty trained to avoid claim for any damage or extra cleaning fee.
8. No lighting candles, aromatherapy or other open fire in the house.
9. We are not responsible for any accident, injury, disease, or loss of luggage or other belongings during your stay.
10. Pls report any property damage on timely manner.
