Fabulous two bedroom, two bathroom oceanfront condominium located in the private gated community of Summer Beach Resort. Ocean Place is conveniently located next door to the world-class Ritz Carlton Hotel and Spa. This beautifully furnished and fully equipped condominium comes completely stocked with everything needed for an unforgettable vacation!
This 3rd floor oceanfront unit offers all the comforts of home…completely stocked kitchen, comfortable King size bed in master bedroom, perfect for relaxing. The second bedroom another King size bed for guests. Spare linens, bath towels and beach towels as well as beach chairs are provided for your stay.

There are also two gorgeous oceanfront community pool areas both with boardwalks leading to the ocean. Both pools are conveniently located between the two buildings for easy access. There are also plenty of chaise loungers to enjoy the Florida sun!
Whether you're enjoying the magnificent ocean views from the seventh floor balcony, the beautiful sandy beaches and cool ocean breezes of Amelia Island, touring the historic district of Fernandina Beach or treating yourself to a day at the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Spa, come and make Ocean Place at Summer Beach your paradise found!

We had a wonderful stay!
The condo at Ocean Place 12 was perfect for us! It is clean and nicely appointed with all the modern conveniences. There is plenty of room for two couples with two bedrooms and two full baths. And Mock Rentals' maintenance person, Mark, was super-helpful when a member of our group accidentally dropped a precious earring down the bathroom drain. Mark came to our place quickly and removed the earring from the trap.

Beautiful place on the ocean, we sat on the porch for hours watching the waves and sunrise each morning. Place was spotlessly clean, new kitchen and bathrooms, nicely decorated and comfortable for relaxing.

Great stay with a great view!
Really enjoyed the stay. Check in and check out we're super easy. The view was awesome! Comfortable beds, easy access to the pool and beach. Really nice! Only thing that was a bit frustrating is that the WiFi was a bit lagging. The TVs would distort quite frequently. Other than that, excellent stay!

Five Star
Ocean Place 12 is so welcoming and comfortable. We have been visiting this condo for years and absolutely love it. The kitchen has all the comforts of home and we enjoy cooking and dining on the balcony. The furniture and beds are very comfortable, the walk in showers are roomy. A great place to stay!
