The host was very quick to respond. Property is older but a great location and an affordable way to visit the island. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

Fantastic place to stay!!We had some issues with the heat because it was unseasonably cold, the property manager was on it and got us fixed up ASAP!! Couldn’t be happier with our visit, definitely coming back!!!!

Good location for everything you need to do in Padre. Everything is in close proximity. The right size for three people but not many more.

Great for fishing!

Our family loved this place. David was quick and easy to communicate with, even returned an Amazon package for us that came after we left! We chose this place for the fishing and spent every morning and evening out on the dock fishing. The green light and all the little minnows were especially exciting for our son!

Great Stay

A quick walk to the beach at a greats price. David was in good communication with us. Easy access to get into the condo. It was also close to restaurants and grocery store. It was professionally cleaned but the condo has a little bit of a strange odor. There is a big mosquito issue every time we went outside to let our dog out. Not the owner’s fault but people staying here need to bring bug spray if staying in the summer time. Also bring extra blankets if more than 2 people are staying for the pull out couches in the living room. Kitchen comes fully equipped with everything we needed. Coffee and a keurig/coffee pot was provided. There were plenty of towels. Pool was nice and there are 2 spickets outside for rinsing off. We had 2 kids and 2 adults and the place was just good enough for our sizes with 1 bathroom. It was fine for just sleeping and watching movies at the end of the day. We had a great time!

Our family has lived on the Island for the better part of 23 years. I love the laid back, no tie zone attitude of the folks that live here. As a part of a military family, I have traveled to many places. I know the importance of having a place to stay that feels like your home. Come and stay with us and enjoy your island home.

Several fantastic restaurants are a short drive from the condo, and the Boathouse Bar & Grill is right next door—perfect for a quick beer or (2) or (3)! Just a short five-minute drive away, you'll find both Dollar General and our local island supermarket, IGA. Within the same short distance, you can also explore more cafes, bars, restaurants, live music, and more.

Approximately 20 miles inland, you can tour the Texas State Aquarium, Selena Museum, the Art Museum of South Texas, the USS Lexington, Botanical Gardens, Downtown Corpus Christi, the Corpus Christi Museum of Science & History and plenty of other spots. Port Aransas is a short 20-mile drive to the North on the Island.
