Living Spaces:
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a table for 4. The dining room has a spacious table that seats 6. The living room has 2 sofas (1 reclines), a love seat, a chair, and a 50" TV. Four TVs in the villa have the ability to stream cable channels, including the Spectrum Sports Tier..

Accommodations:
The first floor has one queen bedroom with en suite bathroom that doubles as a half bath during the day. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a tray ceiling, king bed, and beautiful golf course view. The spacious attached primary bath has a double-sink vanity, a skylight above the marble shower, and a large walk-in closet. The second upstairs bedroom has a king bed, two twin beds, and a private bath with shower/tub combo. The bedrooms feature new Beauty rest hybrid mattresses.

Outdoor:
Spacious covered patio perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon libation. Hoses are conveniently located in front and back for easy cleanup of sandy feet and beach gear.
