The Havens 3 is the perfect place for a large group to relax and enjoy while visiting Port A. This beautiful townhome offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, comfortably sleeping 12. It has all the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay including a private pool, golf cart for your entire stay, and plenty of extras. Located conveniently to shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and the beach everyone can find something to enjoy. The spacious interior includes a large living area, a full kitchen, with sleek stainless appliances including a wine/beverage fridge, and a dining area. The bedrooms are all tastefully appointed and include plenty of closets and storage space. The master suite is especially inviting with its own private bath. An outdoor patio area is perfect for entertaining with friends and family. Don't miss out on the opportunity to stay at The Havens 3! You'll be glad you did.

WIFI- We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected. While Port A is typically reliable, you may experience occasional outages beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding
Golf Cart Included (SHORT TERM RENTALS ONLY Subject to a $10 fuel charge.)
Private Heated Pool- Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.
The pool can be heated for $50.00 per day and MUST be for the duration of your stay.

Beach Get Away

This stay was great for a family get away... east check in and out. The property was very clean and right near the beach. It cane with a golf cart making it easy to get around town. Will rent again!

The home was beautiful and well kept. We had issues with the internet connection for most of the trip, no garbage can available to us even when reaching out to management and the bunks were not made on our arrival, the sheet set was just placed on the bed.

On the trash can, it looks like there may have been a simple misunderstanding — our team understood your message as a question about where to dispose of trash, rather than a report that the kitchen trash can itself was missing. The house was very good, however the check in experience was bad. When we arrived to check in at 4, the house had not even been cleaned yet. It was a mess! We contacted the host and they did send people over to clean it but we had to leave. Not what we expected at all! They did refund the cleaning fee, but leaving again was very inconvenient. How long was it before they brought us a charcoal grill? Was it two days later OKThen, we checked the grill and it was an awful mess. It was rusted and dirty. We contacted the host again and 2 days later they brought us a loaner, which was a charcoal grill . REALLY!! We wanted the same grill we had, but we never got it. We were SO disappointed, because we have 2 people in our party that cannot do charcoal. The overall experience as far as communication was bad. They never responded when we contacted them until hours later. We asked for an additional nights stay for compensation but never got a response. We will definitely not rent from this company again! Obviously the owner of this house doesn’t really care about their guests!
