Lakefront Luxury experience in a resort-style custom home. This 5-star home was built to provide ambiance and a surreal experience. 2 Pools, a Gym, and nearby restaurants in the sought-after Waterside Area (within walking distance), live music, golfing, polo club. The neighborhood is quiet and still close to many lively events. A boat ride can be added to complement your vacation, just ask about scheduling.
Outdoor living at its best. The lanai has two TVs, an outdoor surround sound system, and a jacuzzi that fits up to 10 people. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped. The inside kitchen has everything you will need, complete with two coffee makers and a latte steamer.
Each room is in a different section of the home offering space and the 2nd suite can be closed off with a private doorway. The 3rd bedroom can be an office or pull down the murphy bed with a queen-size comfortable luxury mattress.

Our home is on a lake and backs up to the polo club where you will see open fields and horses. We are close to the mall, great restaurants and the freeway with quick access to St Petersburg and Tampa. Waterside is the most exciting new neighborhood in Lakewood Ranch complete with bike trails, open markets, live music and great restaurants.
