Great property for a family gathering

We were in town for a family function. This was a great property for us, our adult children were able to stay with us. We enjoyed the screened in porch and watched the sunset while catching up. Thanks for a great stay.

Five teammates and I stayed 5 days in this wonderful house. It was close to Nathan Benderson Park where our dragon boat racing competition was held. It sits on a beautiful lake with views of a golf course. We had some air conditioning issues but Cortney, our host, went above and beyond by getting an AC tech out to diagnose the problem the same day we arrived. This was our second time staying here and we were happy with it again!

Family trip to watch a golf tournament

The house was just as described. We were there for a golf tournament at Lakewood Ranch national golf course and location of this house was perfect. We were three adult couples and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Would highly recommend this home for your next VRBO in that area.

Perfect rental

Everything was great. The house is clean, the pool area was wonderful. No issues except a neighbor wanted us to keep the noise level in the pool area done by 6 pm. Other than that it is a great house plenty of room for my whole family!

This house was perfect for our family trip. The location was incredibly convenient, the kids loved the pool, and we had a great time watching for wildlife from the porch. Courtney was very responsive to communications both ahead of and during our stay.

Fantastic!

We had an amazing stay. This is by far one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere of the home was cozy, comfy, and family friendly. Also, everyone had their own privacy as the bedrooms are spread apart. We absolutely could not have stayed at a better place!

2 Masters, Beautiful Neighborhood

We had a great stay at this VRBO property in Sarasota, FL. The house was impeccably clean and featured two master bedrooms, which provided plenty of space and privacy for our group. The pool was a fantastic addition, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is both safe and situated in a nice neighborhood, ideal for leisurely walks. Highly recommended!

Perfect house, perfect location

We were a group of 60 year-old women in town for a dragon boat festival. The house was perfect, located close to Nathan Benderson Park and to many good restaurants and stores. Cortney, the Property Manager, was easy to reach. We even had an alligator in the lake outside our back door who visited us twice. We will definitely rent the house the next time we re in the area.

Communication with Cortney was friendly, quick and efficient. Property was exactly as presented and worked out perfectly for extended family who came down to visit for a week. The layout is PERFECT for privacy and also group hang out time. Will be using this property again for sure! Thank you!

As advertised

This property was as advertised and definitely served its purpose. There were one or two extremely minor issues but otherwise would definitely try to secure if we return next year for the GA Champions Cup soccer tournament. The host, Cortney, was very responsive and courteous anytime we had a question. The kids also got to see a gator sunbathing out back, from a distance of course.
