This modern condo is on the 1st floor of the Trailside45 building, located next to the paved TART trail. This updated condo features newer appliances, furniture and plenty of amenities. Enjoy an open layout with a fully stocked kitchen, an island with extra seating for gathering, and the dining banquette for enjoying a cup of coffee or getting some work done. You can walk/bike/drive to downtown Traverse City (TC), beaches and restaurants. Rent an ebike from Pedego and zip up to Suttons Bay or Elk Rapids.
