This property was very well maintained. The house was clean and very well stocked for families of all ages. They also had chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, mats to lay on, a wagon to haul stuff. The walk to the public beach access is super close. We really enjoyed this property and would book it again.

a little something for everyone.

This place has everything you need for a family trip. We had 3 generations staying here and every age group had a blast. The beach was only a 3-minute walk, there is a pool and grill for entertainment if you are bored of the beach. The host did a great job thinking of every little detail for you to enjoy your stay.

Wonderful stay at South Padre.

This property was perfect for us. It was clean, decorated nicely and well maintained. It was very well equipped with linens including pool towels. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach. The guest book gave us some good ideas for restaurants and activities.

Clean, comfy, near the beach with a small, private pool

Our stay here was great! Only half a block away from the beach, or if we didn't feel like going to the beach, there is a private pool in the back. The host thought of everything. There were games for little ones, beach towels ready to use, and everything was clearly labeled to make it easier to use items in the house like the entertainment system.

Great rental!

The house was beautiful and well maintained. The heated pool was plenty warm. The beach is a quick walk, even with the beach toys, which are all provided including a wagon, 2 mesh baskets on wheels, boogy boards, regular and lounge chairs! She thought of everything 😊.

Awesome beach house

Loved our stay at the property. Short walk to the beach. House was full of amenities! Plenty of beach gear available for use! Beach cart was great because I forgot to take mine! There is a separate freezer in the garage to store ice. I loved this because I did not have to buy on the way to the beach! All I had to do was buy the night before and, in the morning, grab the ice and go straight to the beach. Kids loved the pool. Highly recommend! We will definitely stay here again!!

Truly is Serendipity

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING IN EVERY WAY!! The host is absolutely wonderful! Superb communication from the moment we were looking to book (months in advance). This house comes with all of the necessary things you can think of in order to enjoy the island! If you have little ones, this rental has what you need! The pool! OMG!! AMAZING!! The tropical plants made it so beautiful and the photographs, omg! We were there during hurricane Beryl, but Mindy made sure we were notified of every detail of the storms path and were grateful she was thinking of us. We worked very hard to make this trip a reality to get away from the every day monotny of going to work and the repetition of every day life. My emotions ran high and tears were shed because, for us we created stronger bonds as a family. For 8 days, we experienced what I can only describe as a serendipitous encounter! Thank you Mindy! We shall return!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. One of the best parts was the location—it was the perfect walking distance to the beach, making it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The house even had everything we needed for the beach, which made our trip even more convenient. The pool was also amazing and a great place to relax after spending time in the sun. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again!
