We had such a fantastic time staying at this property. The home was not only beautiful but also very spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our vacation. The comfortable beds were a huge plus, ensuring we got a great night's sleep after a day at the beach. We are so grateful for this perfect stay at South Padre Island and will absolutely be booking with SPI Rentals for our future trips.

Best Experience Yet

Totally satisfied. We arrived early and SPI Rentals worked with us to get in the house ahead of check in. The entire process from check in to checkout was simple. We had one issue which was handled quickly and efficiently. The property was clean and well maintained. SPI Rentals will be our agency from now on.

Beach Paradise

The house is wonderful & we spent hours in the pool & hot tub. Being able to see the Gulf from wherever we were is always very special. This was our fourth visit to celebrate birthdays, & we're already booked for the next one.

Family Christmas to New Year Vacation

The property was everything we thought it would be. We enjoyed, walks on the beach, as well as playing in the pool and sitting in the hot tub in the evening, watching this sunrise and moon coming up almost every day.

Beautiful beach house!

House was beautiful, clean, and there was enough towels for all guests for the entire duration of our stay. Kitchen had everything! Beds and bedding were beautiful and very comfortable. Plenty of seating by the pool. Lovely view.

Very relaxing family vacation

This is a great beach rental for families. It is right on the beach so easy to go back and forth to the condo. Also, having a pool, the kids could go from the beach to the pool and late afternoon the pool was in the shade so after a long day at the beach they could still be in the water but out of the sun. The condo had everything needed for a week's long stay, including beach toys. We cooked in all but one night and had ample dishes to use. It was a very relaxing family vacation.

3 generations of family (senior mid aged and young adults) had a wonderful time at this spacious, lovely condo on the beach. Only disappointment was small size of pool.

Fabulous Accommodations - Perfect for kids and larger families

We were simply thrilled with the accommodations. The minimalist decor made managing small children much easier than other homes and the kitchen was well-stocked. The house, patio, and pool were sparkling clean and the beds were comfortable. At one point we had an issue with the fridge (as can happen) and management was responsive and had it fixed in impressive time. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Perfect winter retreat!

We rented this beautiful ocean front home for a month in February. We rented thru SPI Rentals and Marina was so great to work with, as she listened to our wants and needs and helped us find this wonderful place. Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. When we did have a small maintenance issue, SPI was right on it and a shout out to David for being a great help to us. The communication with all of the representatives at SPI was immediate and very friendly. Thank you to all of you who made our time in South Padre the best yet and we will see you again next year, if not before.

Family Beach vacation

Family of six. Vacation/reunion. Clean spacious property, Near everything. Great beach views and access. Easily operable, hot tub. Property host with quick response and easy contact. Only deficit is lack of some usual amenities. You will have to bring your own salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee filters, beach towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, etc. but overall, great times!

Great property, great service

First time to SPI, but it won't be our last. The property easily accommodated 6 adults and two young children. Spacious, walk onto the beach, a nice plunge pool w/spa, well-equipped. I asked if the propane bottle had enough gas, they checked it and ended up bringing a new gas grill because they thought the one there looked bad. What service! Great job, guys.

The residence itself was beautiful however SPI service was poor and maintenance appeared to be lacking. Spa nor pool would heat and only after second day, and much frustration, was it fixed. Contacting someone for maintenance via the phone or text was virtually impossible. Only way to talk to someone regarding maintenance was to go to the office and later found selecting make a reservation via the phone system would get an answer. Leaving messages did not work.

We had a great time!

The house was in great condition. We had a wonderful stay. At one point the garage door messed up and was stuck half open/half closed. It happened late at night when we were preparing for bed. We called SPI Rentals at 7:30 am the next morning and by 8:15am they were there to temporarily fix it. Super quick response. The AC downstairs was also not cololing as much as we'd like and they fixed that issue as well. They had the the garage door left open for us until they were able to get a part in two days later to fix it. Very happy with the whole situation. My only complaint would be that the pool water was too warm for me but the kids seemed to love it and we did have the ocean. Would definitely recommend to others to stay here and would return myself!
