Nicely furnished 2 bedroom condo. downstairs unit!!! Fully applianced kitchen with dining area open to the family room. Beautiful large master bedroom with walk in closet and master bath. Spare bedroom includes 2 twin beds and its own bathroom.
20 mins to the gulf of Mexico. Community pool available.
Peaceful neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. perfect for snowbirds. washer and dryer included in the rental.

The house was wonderfully decorated and clean. Easy access to every where we needed to go. The host was wonderful and very easy to communicate with. Perfect spot and we plan to book again in a few days. Would highly recommend. Thank you Becky.

The condo is beautifully decorated, well stocked, super clean and comfortable. Description and photo shown in VRBO site accurate. Host response excellent. Beautiful landscape.Safe, quite and friendly surrounding. Ideal location to explore Crystal River, Homosassa and Inverness. Hope to visit again.

Summer Stay

We were able to stay in this beautiful unit for 6 nights and it looks exactly as photos. The living room furniture is brand new, the decor throughout the unit was well thought out. The area was quiet and beautiful. We needed to stay an extra night and our host was able to promptly arranged that for us. We stayed because we were celebrating my sister's wedding but the beach is not too far from this location and there's some great restaurants nearby and of course Crystal River is only twenty minutes away. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone that needs to stay in the Hernando or Citrus Hills area.

Relaxing

This condo is very clean and comfortable. We have stayed 2 years and it was just what we needed. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The pool is a short 3 minute walk and is well maintained. I highly recommend this condo,

The host was absolutely horrible! From the first day we arrived the bath tub was clogged we reached out to the host and she said she would fix it but never came. So our entire stay we only had 1 bathroom to work with. And might I add her attitude was disgusting!!!

Great vacation

We took our 18 year old twins back to the springs before college and work life sets in. We had the best time. The house was clean, cool, quiet and welcoming. The price was amazing. Typically, when we travel I always carry coffee and creamer so I know I won’t have to purchase late at night for my morning coffee. I was so happy to see coffee, creamer and so much more that I didn’t have to purchase. Thank you so much! We will be back!

Citrus hills

Overall the apartment was decent. I was looking for an apartment or a home that had a pool right outback. One of the pictures on the profile of this apartment showed a pool. The way the picture was taken, it made it appear as though the pool was right out the back patio. The pool was actually like a 5 minute walk away. The patio in this apartment have been turned into a another living room and made it seem like it was naturally part of the living area. The lock on this room is just a normal screen door lock, so security was a concern. I did notice some electrical outlet concerns (outlets hanging out of the wall, no GFCI around the sinks). The area where this apartment is seemed like a good area. Houses and apartments completes were nice and things were relatively close by (10/15 minutes away).

Beautiful quiet Condo

This was a ground floor condo that was very comfortable and quiet. We had no problem locating the place and entry was easy with the code that was sent to us. We were very pleased with the comfort and attractiveness of the condo, as well as how much attention our host paid to supply everything needed for our stay. The kitchen has all that is needed and more, the beds are comfortable,and everything else seemed to be thought of. We like to bike the Withlacoochi trail and it is just a few mikes away to a parking area. There is also a lovely community pool available. This is a great place to stay.

Spring break 24

Centrally located, 20-30 min to Homosassa and Crystal River. We stayed here for the long Easter weekend. My daughter (18) and her best friend wanted to swim with manatees for spring break. First time to this area of Florida. We had wonderful time. Condo was comfortable and well furnished. Host was responsive and provided lots of extras- snacks and toiletries.

Spring Visit

My boyfriend, teen daughter, and I stayed at this property during our spring break so we could visit family nearby. The property was clean, smelled nice, and provided everything that we needed. The owners were responsive when we texted to ask a question. This was a great place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place!

We were visiting friends but needed a place to sleep. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I was able to wash and dry some clothes as well as enjoy morning coffee. Many extras we didn't use but were there if needed. Thanks so much.

Very nice

Super clean, well-appointed, quiet location. Has everything we needed. I only wish there was a small desk for me to put my laptop on. I had keep moving my set up from the dining table for meal time. Otherwise perfect. Hopefully, I'll be retired when I come back and won't need a desk 😃.

Relaxing time in Citrus Hills

Rebekah was very helpful with a few questions we had. The condo was clean and very well appointed. Location is quiet and central to many area attractions. The community pool was clean and heated to a good temperature for February. Three tennis courts are available to guests but it would be nice if the community converted one or two to pickleball. Overall Highly recommended.
