Welcome to our prime location 3BR condo with stunning bay views! The large windows in this 3-bedroom unit offer exceptional sit down views of the bay. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Please note this bedroom does not have a door, there is a room divider for a little privacy. There are 2 full bathrooms, everyone will have ample space and convenience.

Our condo is ideally situated just a few steps away from the bay and the park, making it an ideal choice for families. You'll have the opportunity to enjoy nightly fireworks provided by Sea World, adding a touch of magic to your evenings!

For relaxation and adventure, take a short stroll on the boardwalk to the Catamaran Hotel, where you can indulge in a spa treatment or rent bikes, kayaks, and more. In addition, you'll find a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and a convenient corner store within walking distance, ensuring you have everything you need nearby.

To make your beach experience even better, we provide boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, and sand toys. When it's time to fire up the grill, we've got you covered with a BBQ. Stay connected with our free Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

Great Experience

We stayed for 4 days in this beautiful house. Check-in was easy, and we were even notified by Shannon that the house was available a little early if we wanted to check-in. We had flown in early in the morning so it was so nice to be able to leave our luggage and explore the area. The house is directly on Mission Bay, and the view was spectacular. There is a walking/biking path on the beach which we walked every morning. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had a great time and we will definitely be back for another visit.

Trapped by View and Activity to Watch

We wanted a quiet place to stay and a convenient location for San Diego activities. We spent a significant amount of unplanned time in our unit just watching all of the different activities going on on Mission Bay. Fascinating! And the unit was also a good location for all the other things we wanted to do in the area.

Amazing as always!

Amazing as always! This is our family’s third time to stay at this same condo. The condo has enough rooms & beds for everyone. It was great to have the family making memories all together instead of separate hotel rooms. Enough room for all the kids to play together. Very clean. The kitchen had everything needed to cook our meals. Being right on the beach is convenient with kids. SeaWorld is just minutes away. Parking spot for two cars & street parking available. Thanks for letting us stay again!

Great location but not worth the price

You can’t beat the beachfront location but I feel as though the pictures of the property were very deceiving. The property is poorly maintained, there was dust and rust everywhere and spiders in 2 of the 3 rooms, which gave my toddlers a big scare. The beds were rock hard and you can hear every footstep from the people above. Nobody got good quality sleep and I was disappointed there weren’t basics provided like condiments, sufficient paper towels, cooking spray, seasoning, etc. We spent a lot of our savings to stay here and I really can’t say it was worth it. The property manager was highly responsive and gave us a heads up that the property needed some work, but we booked based on the pictures and description in the listing and were not informed on the state things until a few days prior to our stay.

I am glad you loved the location and I do take great pride in being highly responsive, thank you for recognizing that. I am sorry you didn't enjoy your stay like the other guests who all gave great reviews. We are at the beach and on the water, and sometimes that can attract little critters, which is why we have regular pest control services and they actually came the day before your stay. We do not provide condiments as a precaution for the health safety of others. Hope you give us another chance to host you in the future.

Amazing View

My family and I stayed there for 3 weeks over July and August. This apartment has an amazing view. It is better than you can imagine. I woke up every day looking at the bay and it was calming and wonderful. I especially liked that it is west-facing which means the mornings are not so bright in the apartment and keeps it cooler for the day. The evening sun coming in is also great to watch at the end of the day. The proximity to the bay for the kids to play was also perfect. We would walk out the back right to the beach and enjoy the sand and water. The kids loved it. Also walking to different restaurants and activities was very easy. We had a couple of fun 15-minute walks to the Catamaran Hotel and watched their Luau show. The property manager was amazing. Shannon would answer my messages almost immediately and was very helpful. I always felt I could get the support needed when we needed it. She is a star. Having this apartment for our stay was the icing on our trip to San Diego.

Quiet beachfront property w/ many amenities & friendly neighbors.

The property had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Plenty of pans, dishes, glasses ect. The view is amazing. There was plenty of space for our party of 8. We appreciate using the chairs, beach toys, and paddle boards. The location was quiet and picturesque. We made the best memories. ♥️

Great location for family time

Great location, nice size condo, view was amazing, clean, beds comfortable. Perfect for our family gathering and grandkids. Thing we would change is more than two dish towels, and more bath towels - small towels and not enough for all but we did have beach towels, rugs for shower (we used ones by bathroom sinks). There is a nice washing machine in the unit. We would love to stay again and have already recommended to others. Definitely a good choice.

Perfect Location!

So nice to stay in a 4 bedroom property on the bay! The beach was just outside the gate. Mission bay is quieter than the Mission Beach and great for paddle boarding and for the little kids to play in the sand. The house was clean and well equipped with lots of beach chairs, towels and toys. The manager was responsive and easy to deal with. We would rent again!

Delightful bay front property

Beautiful and super roomy condo with a spectacular view overlooking the bay. Our family stayed 4 days for our daughter’s wedding. Everyone loved it. The beach is literally steps away. Parking spot fit a small SUV and a minivan. The ocean breeze was lovely and kept us cool and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Crown Point
