Our home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. We welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations

After a day exploring Rochester or the Finger Lakes, come back to your private music-themed retreat! Relax in your large 600 sf guest suite, enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio and sleep easy on an adjustable queen size bed.

On a business trip? Office set-up is part of your space.

The space
We're in a super safe ,quiet and respectful neighborhood consisting of 13 custom homes.
Our home is on 1.8 well-groomed acres.Access is super easy to your portion of the home.

Please note that although we can't offer a full kitchen or kitchenette, we do provide a "mini-kitchenette" with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in your room.
You'll love the walk out feature once you're in your room to the both patios which join each other.
If you're planning on watching TV, be sure to bring your login info for your favorite apps(Amazon Prime,Netflix etc.). An in-room mini-antenna is provided for local major stations as well as a variety of antenna stations.

If you like, we can provide a DVD player as well.
We do not subscribe to conventional cable TV.

Always best to text us or call if there's anything you need. One of us is home most of the time and always at night.

Guests not only have access to their suite, but both patios, the fire pit, the gas grill and our spacious lawn to relax on or practice your golf swing!
