Perched above Sedona, we invite you to experience 4,600 square feet of sheer elegance. Nestled in the heart of Sedona, this three-story villa offers unparalleled views, designer touches, ample room, and access to the areas finest hiking and biking trails.

From the moment you enter, you'll be captivated by breathtaking panoramic views, soaring high ceilings, and walls of windows that flood the home with natural light. This exquisite property, meticulously renovated in 2023, sets the standard for luxury vacation rentals in Sedona.

The upper level features a spacious three-car garage, a spectacular Master Suite with a private gym and balcony, and a large additional guest room.

The main level boasts three beautifully designed bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a state-of-the-art kitchen, great room with 20 ft ceiling, two dining areas, and two balconies offering endless vistas. Descend to the lower level to find a fully outfitted movie theater and game room, perfect for entertainment.

Sunsets of Sedona, a Luxury Villa, is the ultimate destination for unforgettable weddings and retreats. With central access to all Sedona has to offer, this serene yet sophisticated setting is designed to create lasting memories for you and your guests.

Our next phase of improvements will be completed by the summer of 2025 including a large outdoor patio idea for wedding ceremonies, a pool with a Baja ledge, hot tub, fire pit, and an outdoor kitchen perfect for gatherings.
Be Respectful - No excessive noise after 10pm per Sedona Noise Regulations 8.25...over 5 of noise above 50 db, equivalent to a normal conversation.

The views from the property were breathtaking. The house was very clean and had enough space for our 9 guests. The location is close to downtown and close to amazing hikes in the area. The beds are all comfortable and bathrooms are modern and spacious. One of the best vacation homes we have ever stayed in.

Lovely place for a bunch of girlfriends to hand out

This really is a beautiful property with fantastic views. There were 7 of us, which fit comfortably in the living room and around the dining table. The bedrooms are really set up better for couples and families as there are most y king sized beds and bunks. The kitchen is well stocked and we made many meals.

On Top of the World in Sedona

Brad’s house is spectacular! The pictures on the app don’t even do it justice and the pictures are beautiful. I stayed for a week wit 9 of my girlfriends. Every single bedroom and bathroom was gorgeous and most of the bedrooms and bathrooms had amazing views. I slept in the bear room and got to watch the sunset every evening from my room and balcony. There was no need to go anywhere else to see the sunset! Every morning I woke up to a view of the Red Rocks and hot air balloons. The house had every amenity you could imagine. We especially loved the gym and sauna. The location of the house was also fantastic with everything just a few minutes away. Brad was a very responsive host and checked in to make sure we were all doing well and see if we needed anything. I would 100% recommend this house for your trip to Sedona.

Stunning Sedona Property

We stayed at this property in May 2024 (3 couples and 2 babies under two). It's absolutely stunning and spotless. The property owner is incredibly responsiive, the house is excellent for a large group who needs their own spaces. The kitchen is well equiped. The location is miniutes away from heart of the city. The views from this home are exceptional -- definitely in the top 3 of the US luxury homes we've visited. Bonus: Javalinas and deer sometimes wander through the backyard at dusk and dawn.

This was a great location for an annual planning meeting with our leadership team. Many spacious places to meet and change things up. The views were amazing and the location is central to everything you might want to do in Sedona.

The perfect vortex

Let’s face it - you come to Sedona to recharge your energy and see the incredible views. This place has both. You are first welcomed by one of the most striking views of the red rock formations. You’re also in awe by the color shifts throughout the afternoon. Each bedroom represents a theme and different energy and feel. The details are unique and full of class. Let’s not forget the sauna in the master bath which is next to the gym!! If you have kids, they will love the basement area with games and a couch meant for a massive sleepover. My family enjoyed the short over to a mountain trail (which delighted us with more epic views) and the location to the grocery store and restaurants was unbeatable! This place is the perfect oasis for a Sedona experience and getaway. Cannot recommend it more!

Top of the line accommodations . Watched the hot air balloons come up over the red rocks every morning. Amazing views. Our Grandkids loved the gameroom. Close to everything. We’ll be back.
