Bedroom 1 (Master Suite with King Bed):
Indulge in a private spa-style en suite with a get-ready station. This master suite includes a spacious full en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy. This master suite has a large sitting area and is located on the main floor. The sitting area also has two twin bunkbeds for extra sleeping space.

Bedroom 2 (King Bed): Beautiful, large room located on the main floor. This room includes a private desk workstation with office chair. The washer and dryer are located in this suite. This bedroom shares a hall bathroom.

Bedroom 3 (King Bed): This large king suite is located on the main floor with king bed, a sitting area and HDTV. This bedroom shares a hall bathroom with walk in shower.

Sitting room : This room is located on the main floor and sofa sitting area. The bathroom is attached Jack and Jill style, shared with bedroom 4.

Bedroom 5 (King bed ):This bedroom is located on the main floor and features a king bed, attached bathroom with walk in shower and walk out Zen garden with reading area and fountain.

Bedroom 6 (King Bed ):This bedroom is located downstairs and features a King bed, desk and office chair uses the hall bathroom with shower and tub. This room has a access to outdoor sitting are and pool.

Bedroom 7 (2 queen beds ):This bedroom is located downstairs and has 2 queen beds, HDTV and shares a hall bathroom with shower and bath tub.

All rooms include high-quality linens, plush bedding, luggage racks, closet and smart TVs for added comfort.

This home features 4 custom bathrooms, each with modern fixtures, and hotel-style finishes. The primary suite includes a soaking tub and rain shower, while other bathrooms feature walk-in showers or tub and custom vanities.

The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with 6 burner gas range, sub zero commercial refrigerator, oven, two microwaves, and a dishwasher. This kitchen with a red rock view provides everything needed for large-group dining or private-chef experiences. The two dining areas comfortably seat your entire group, flowing into a spacious open-concept living room… this is perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day of desert hikes.

The Wellness area includes full body massage chairs, treadmill, weight bench, hand weights, yoga supplies, and Zen fountain. This is the place to be if you’re looking for a yoga session and massage!

The outdoor area is the most unique in Sedona! You can swim in the heated pool, relax in the hot tub, detox in the steam barrel sauna, stargaze in the glass geodome or simply sunbath on the deck and relax!

The upper deck includes a large propane BBQ, you can also gather here for dining at the outdoor table. After dinner there is a propane fire table on the top deck where you can enjoy the best views of the red rock peaks while roasting s'mores.

No bright lights at night, the city is a "dark city" and keeps the lights to a minimum at night.
NO events or smoking at the home at any time.
