With 5 spacious bedrooms, 5.5 baths, accommodating 10 guests, this elegant Lake Michigan Beach House offers space to unwind and reconnect. CHECK-IN & STAY INFORMATION

• Check-In starts at 4:00 pm and Check-Out by 10:00 am.
• Property Manager will greet you for a quick tour and answer any questions.
• Booking Policy: Saturday to Saturday and 7-night minimum during peak season, June, July, August.
• Damage Deposit: $500 credit card hold placed 2 days after check-in, released within 7 days.
• Payment Processing Fees are non-refundable and 4% will be deducted from any refunded amount, including cancellations. 96% refund if canceled within 45 days of arrival date. No refund after that.
• Hot Tub: Available June through mid-October. Serviced three times a week during guest stay.

DINING

Formal dining table seats 10 with Lake Michigan views. Additional leaves and chairs, foldable kids` table, and high chair are available. Stone fireplace and stocked China cabinet (yes, you`re welcome to use the China!).

BED & BATH

Bathrooms include fresh towels and basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper). Bedrooms include sheets, blankets, comforters, and pillows. The home accommodates 10 guests in 5 bedrooms with 5.5 baths. Although the home can sleep more than 10 guests, the maximum occupancy is always 10 due to the township ordinance. Preschool-aged children are excluded from this count. Thank you for your understanding!

LOCATION

The home is located on Red Apple Road along Lake Michigan Shoreline in a quiet, secluded setting with private beach access, approximately 50 steps down a wooden staircase. A vehicle is recommended for sightseeing and visiting local restaurants and shops. Downtown Manistee is approximately 9 minutes away, with shops, restaurants, breweries, and the Riverwalk. Little River Casino and Resort is nearby.

HOUSE RULES

• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests at all times per township ordinance. Preschool-aged children are exempt from this count.
• Parking: Limited to 6 cars (1 in garage, 4 to 5 in driveway). No parking in woods or street.
• No amplified outdoor music at any time.
• Quiet hours 10pm - 7am.
• Minimum Rental age 25+; the booking individual must be part of the guest party that will occupy the rental property throughout the entire duration of the reservation.
• No smoking anywhere on the property; inside or out.
• No pets, please!
• No events.
• No Fish Cleaning: Guests must not clean fish on the property. Please use fish cleaning stations at the beaches and marinas. Do not use host`s towels for anything fish related. Be sure to eliminate any fish oils or smells. Do not wash anything with fish smell on them at the house. There is a laundromat in town on 1st Street.

HELPFUL INFO TO PREPARE FOR YOUR STAY:

Provided for Guests: Kitchen essentials for cooking, baking, serving, and food storage. Trash bags, and a few other basics. 2 rolls of paper towel provided to get you started. 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper per bathroom. Basic spices and cooking oils. Keurig and Drip coffee maker. A welcome stash of K-Cups for the Keurig (because coffee = vacation fuel) to get you started. Hand Soap, dish soap, handful of dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent. Shampoo and Conditioner, body wash. Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Some beach towels. Three low Beach Chairs. Extra fridge in garage for guest use.
