Appaltree Bungalow: Two bedrooms in town

À propos du quartier

Boone

Alors, dirigez-vous plutôt vers l'emblématique Formation rocheuse The Blowing Rock. Les agréables Tweetsie Railroad (parc à thèmes) et Centre d'arts visuels Turchin Center for the Visual Arts méritent aussi une visite.

Boone Stay

Perfect for a college weekend visit. Didn’t realize there wasn’t any a/c, but didn’t think to check. I’m sure many places in Boone may not offer a/c with it being cooler there a lot of the year.

Hi Lisa, thank you for staying with us. And we are excited to share that we are currently in the process of adding central air conditioning to the property. So, please consider us in the future as we will have air conditioning. All the best to you!

Great Stay

Great location. Bungalow was lovely, plenty of space for us. Only recommendation is to make it more clear that there is no air conditioning. It got a little warm during the day and was hard to cool off at night. We purchased a box fan to use in the bedroom and it made a big difference. Would still recommend staying there and hope to stay there again.

Hurricane Helene

We were en route to our stay in Boone at the height of the hurricane. Chris communicated with me all that morning and when the house lost power we realized we needed to cancel our trip. Chris was gracious enough to offer me a refund in light of the devastation in the area without any hesitation. I will definitely book this property again for his kindness and good business practice!
