Condo de deux suites de maître sur l'île de Siesta Key avec une vue imprenable sur le cinquième étage!

Ce charmant condo offre l'une des meilleures vues du bâtiment. La véranda vitrée avec portes vitrées coulissantes du sol au plafond offre un soleil matinal et une douce lumière du soleil pendant l'après-midi avec une vue imprenable sur la baie, la marina, les courts de tennis et la piscine chauffée. La cuisine et les deux salles de bains ont été récemment rénovées avec des comptoirs en granit. L'unité est dans une communauté fermée, avec un gardien de sécurité en service tous les jours. Une salle d'exercice est à votre disposition et est située au premier étage. Un petit espace de bureau est mis en place avec une connexion Internet rapide.

Situé sur l'île de Siesta Key, Sarasota, en Floride. Situé près de la voie navigable intercostale, à trois pâtés de maisons de la plage classée n ° 1 aux États-Unis, Siesta Key Beach. Il est à dix minutes à pied de la plage et offre un accès pratique à la voie navigable intercoastal (rack de kayak et des bordereaux de bateau sont disponibles). Le Siesta Key Village est à environ 20-25 minutes à pied et a de nombreux restaurants et boutiques. Le bus n ° 11 Sarasota SCAT s'arrête devant le bâtiment, la plage, le village et les épiceries du continent, etc. N'hésitez pas à me contacter pour toute question!

Amazing location and beach access!

This condo was very spacious for the two of us and the view of the pool and intercoastal waterway was gorgeous! The amenities in the building were 5 star! The free trolley to the beach works very well!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very clean and well stocked with everything needed including kitchen items, beach chairs and tennis racquets. The view out over the intracoastal and the pool is beautiful. Wendy, the owner, was wonderful to work with and extremely responsive. Definitely recommend this condo.

View of the intercoastal waterway

We were very happy with Wendy's condo. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Suitable for 4 people. Large windows to view the intercoastal waterway and the boats passing by. Amenities include a pool, gym, bbq grills, and tennis courts.

Perfect location- close to the beach, on the intracoastal, one mile from restaurants, close to Siesta Village. The property is very well maintained from pool to common areas to waterfront- beautiful! The unit is very clean and excellently appointed. We wanted for nothing while we were there. We will book it again!!

Very nice place. Well kept. Enjoyable to relax Bayside after dinner. Only 4 stars because we prefer oceanfront, but not always available…. Don’t like having to drive and use the public beach,but surprisely,even though crowded,it was nice! Get there at 9ish, or 2ish for parking….. Trolley was fine for Siesta Village.

Siesta Keys getaway

Unit was as presented. Clean, roomy, great location. Host Wendy was accessible and responsive, though we didn’t have any questions or needs. Unit had everything we needed. Complex is in a great location and other property owners and quest were very friendly. All instructions for initial check in were spot on. Fantastic getaway. Would definitely recommend.

Location great; condo not so good.

Bay and pool area were beautiful. Access to transportation great. Living room furniture very comfy. Beds were HORRIBLE. Broken blinds in bedroom that wouldn’t close. Host said a maintenance man would replace them, but he never showed up. Host didn’t disclose that common area was closed due to flooding until after we arrived.

Hi Patricia, Thank you for staying with us and writing your review of my vacation rental. I am glad you liked our condo views of the inter-coastal-waterway, enjoyed the new living room leather sofa and recliner. However, sorry to hear there were certain things that were not up to your expectations and standards. Hurricane Ian caused some flooding at the common area on the first floor of my building, therefore, some of the amenities were temporarily closed by the Home Owners Association. As soon as I received the notification from our HOA, I posted the note on my VRBO listing site. I also sent you a special notification as soon as I could. Regarding to the blinds, they work but sometimes they got stuck. We bought new replacement blinds and my handyman promised us to install them soon, however, with so many devastating situation near us from Ian, the works have been working overtime to help recover the damages. We are really short of helpers and workers in the area, it’s not practical for us to force the issue. Unfortunately, we received a bad review because of it, but when comparing with many others suffering from the hurricane, we are still lucky and thankful. Anyway, we will have it done by next weekend. I am not sure which bed you rated as Horrible? In the second bed room, the two twin beds are about 1 or 2 years old. They were from Macy, one bed is a firm bed and another one is a soft bed. We bought two different firmness so our guests can have a choice. If you rated the master bedroom king size bed “Horrible”, it is news to us! We haven’t had any complains about the bed at all, let along being horrible. We will check it out to understand. We are trying very hard to make our condo perfect. We are sorry you felt that way and not had a great stay.

Beautiful Siesta Key

Our condo was very nice and had everything we needed. We had a beautiful view of the pool and the intercoastal The building itself was built in the 70’s so naturally it was a bit dated. The twin beds were very soft and in need of new mattresses. Wendy was very easy to reach and equally quick to respond to our needs. We needed more towels and her cleaning crew brought them the next day. Just FYI you have to drive to the beach or take the free trolley. Condo is not in gulf side.

Great holiday condo

We loved our stay at Wendy’s condo, the place is very spacious for only two people but the rate we paid was lower than a number of other one bedroom condos which was listed on Vbro in Siesta key. Very large open plan lounge, with a huge new 65” TV and very comfortable reclining lounge sofas, the view from the lounge is also pretty incredible, lovely view of the swimming pool area and bay. Two very good sized bedrooms, main bedroom including a huge super king sized bed and plenty of storage space/walk in wardrobe. Both bedrooms had their own en-suite bathrooms , one included a full sized bath. The kitchen area was very well equipped and had everything you would need to cook full meals as if you were at home. The main building itself is looking a little tired but I understand this is to undergo major renovations, outside areas including the swimming pool are very well maintained and gorgeous. The location is also great, not far from the beach with a free trolley stop just outside for trips to the village and anywhere else on Siesta key. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wendy’s condo, who was very easy to deal with and replied immediately to any questions we had, even allowed us a very late checkout as our flight back to the UK was not until late in the evening. We would both have no hesitation with recommending Wendy’s condo and hope to return sometime in the future.

Paradise at Harbour Towers

We just spent 3 weeks at HT and the experience was just fabulous. The location is perfect and you feel like you are at a resort. We met so many wonderful people and Wendy was such an attentive and wonderful host to deal with. She is always available even while she is travelling. Thank you so much for making this vacation so fabulous Wendy. We will definitely be back.

5th year at Harbor towers

Nice unit, needs some updates. Cost for these condos is getting to expensive for the distance to beaches and restaurants on the island. VRBO charges are out of control. Owner was nice and helpful.

The building and outside layout: 1. The condo itself was situated in a high-rise building. It was located on the intercostal and had good security. 2. There was a nice pool area with an adjoining picnicking space and several gas grills. 3. The building had a nice workout area and showers. There was a separate entryway for men and women. 4. The parking spaces were extra wide and were good for maneuvering. 5. The elevators were fast and convenient. 6. The association provided different types of carts and rolling baskets for our convenience. A very nice amenity. It helped in bringing in and taking out our belongings. Things we liked: 1. Communication and response was excellent. 5 stars. * Texting was good for me because of my stroke 4 years ago. It left me nearly deaf. * The FYI emails were timely. * The microwave was replaced immediately, and we really appreciated that. 2. The master bedroom bed was comfortable. 5 stars. 3. The master shower — head/control — was newer and worked great. 5 stars 4. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities. Paper towels, pots, pans, utensils, etc. 5 stars. 5. The view was outstanding. The sun coming up on the horizon was fantastic. 5 stars. 6. Taking out the trash and recyclables was convenient. 5 stars. 7. The layout of the condo was good for us. 5 stars. On the other side, the unit didn’t have its own washer and dryer, which was a minor inconvenience. There was, however, a coin operated laundry on the same floor, a couple of doors down from our unit. There were some things we didn’t like, but overall we gave this unit a star rating of almost 4. This rating can be improved significantly with just a couple of tweaks. The stay had many good points. We would stay here again.

I fell in love with the stunning water view the moment I walked into the condo. The Harbor Tower Yacht and Racquet complex has a secluded atmosphere, with beautiful landscape, pool, patio bar-b-q area and marina.

Close to everything but yet very private. Marina for boat guests docking (first come first served). Assigned auto parking space (#112) (Guest must obtain a parking decal from building management office next business day). Decal must be affixed on right side of rear bumper.
