New to the market, this family cottage sit's on Saginaw Bay. Just a few steps down the hill, you'll enjoy a spacious private beach where you can play in the water all day, enjoy a front row seat to beautiful sunsets in the evening, and gaze at the stars around the fire pit at night.

The cottage has plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to keep you in comfort while you gather with loved ones and make a lifetime of memories. The following is a listing of the amenities:

Two Bathrooms (towels provided)
Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove & microwave. We've added AC for the 2025 summer season, but you'll probably find you wont need it.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this charming lakefront home. The property was immaculate, comfortable, and wonderfully tranquil, with beautiful views that made for a relaxing and memorable stay. The host was attentive and welcoming, ensuring everything was taken care of, thereby making the stay even more enjoyable. Exceptional host and property!

A beautiful beach house on the shore of Port Austin with plenty of outdoor space. The extra sunfilled patio was also great. Everything you need as far as kitchen supply and shower supplys. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back for the third time next year!

I was among a group of 6 women who stayed at this property Sunday 10/4 - Thurs 10/8 2026. The property was fabulous!! Very Clean and well-stocked with all the amenities we needed. Beautifully decorated, and we all commented on how sound-proof the bedrooms are. When upstairs, you cannot hear anything on the main level. All the beds used were very comfortable and ample bedding was provided. 3 different outside seating options provided us with beautiful views of the lake and AMAZING sunsets, which we took full advantage of. Terri was very responsive to every question asked. We all agreed we would love to stay here again if our travels brought us back to this area. Perfect location. Just a wonderful experience!

Perfect place for a lake front getaway!

My Dad, Mom, brothers, sister in-law, niece and nephew had a fantastic time! The house and amenities were top notch, beach front great for kids, relaxing, bon fires and of course swimming! The beds are so comfortable and I haven't slept that well in a long time. My mother is looking into getting the same mattress! One of the best family trips we've been on in a while!

This was a very peaceful relaxing vacation with family. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed. Everything you needed for the beach was also provided and my granddaughter loved every minute and enjoyed the beach toys. We highly recommend staying here!

Beyond Expectations!

Beautiful accommodations right on the water! This home had everything we needed. Plenty of space in the five bedrooms. My four granddaughters ages 1 1/2 - 6 years old could not get enough of the beach. We enjoyed kayaking and long walks along the crystal-clear water.

We had a wonderful fall stay with exceptional weather. Beautiful sunsets and also beautiful when the moon set early in the morning over the lake. There are a lot of steps to go to the bedrooms and down to the beach, but we managed. The views made it all worthwhile. Very good and prompt communication from Terry when we had questions. We also went putt putt golfing, went to an escape room in town and went out to eat at The Farm, so lots to do in the area for all ages.

What an amazing beach house! So much room! Great Outside area for friends and family to enjoy and couldnt be a better beach spot! 100% would recommend! Some great updates with some homemade touches, absolutely perfect for our wedding party and us to share!

Great Vacation

We really appreciated all the extra attention Terri made to make sure we had everything for our beach vacation. Kitchen well stocked. Enjoyed complimentary bottled water, beach towels, chairs and toys. Would definitely recommend. Having 5 bedrooms was great. Shampoo and conditioner supplied. Enjoyed sunsets and firepit with smores
